Ordered a small kids ice cream scoop no mix ins. Paid with 10$ bill. Took cashier 5 minutes to count out my change of 4.71 she can’t count and shouldn’t be on a register. Gave me back 3 ones 1.50 in quarters 2 dimes and a penny and had pleanty of ones/change in drawer so it shouldn’t have taken 5 minutes for all of that. Hire people that can speak, read, write English and can count especially if on a register!

Best cold stone I’ve been to in a while - didn’t have the old ice cream smell like other locations I’ve visited in the past. Nice service despite it being an hour before they closed. The chocolate devotion was mixed evenly and served in a timely manner. I loved the Halloween decorations!

Best fresh ice cream I have ever experienced from all the cold Stone creameries. It was very tasty The customer service was on point. The environment was nice not like everybody else was saying in the reviews.
I think people are so bitter and they have mental health issues that they like to pick on the small things. It is an ice cream shop for God sakes! Rather than criticize, why don’t you give them some feedback so they can work on things but one star and two star is really not called for like I would like to know if you have a business, so I can one star you, my man. These people pay their rent with the jobs that they have but you’re so picky oh, my ice cream was not mixed come on man it’s ice cream. It doesn’t matter. It needs to be mixed or not. Enjoy your treat! 🤦🏻♂️
Overall, I’m very happy with the freshness of the ice cream. The service is good and I’m a repeat customer For sure!

This is the best ice cream place I ever visited. The three ladies that were there were awesome. Their level of customer service is beyond exceptional. And I am big on customer service. They have proved to me that service is top notch.
I had the peanut butter cup perfection. I am allergic to ice cream But not this ice cream. And I was skeptical because I was working doing GrubHub and just to make some extra money and I was eating ice cream while I was driving. I was like oh man what if my stomach started to hurt and now I gotta go use the bathroom 😂. But I didn’t get the stomach pains normally wanna eat regular ice cream, I didn’t get the bloating I mean a little bit of passing the gas, but I think that’s normal because it’s dairy you know.
Man, it was so delicious the peanut butter that’s inside with the swirls of real peanut butter and the peanut butter Reese‘s cups. It was so good and the chocolate ice cream was so good. It was on point. I’m gonna be returning there soon and I will get the big cup this time
