My visit to Cold Stone Creamery today was marred by several disappointing experiences beyond just coupon redemption issues. Firstly, when inquiring about the sizes eligible for the buy one, get one free deal, two different employees provided conflicting information about the volume difference between the "Gotta Have It" and pint sizes. This lack of consistency in staff knowledge was frustrating and confusing.Additionally, I witnessed a concerning incident where the manager, JI, publicly ridiculed an employee in front of customers. She chastised them about the placement and quantity of waffle cones, displaying a lack of professionalism and empathy.Overall, while Cold Stone Creamery's ice cream is delicious, the management's handling of customer inquiries needs improvement. I hope they address these issues promptly to ensure a more positive experience for customers.

Today is the second time that I've been assisted by Gabriela A. She helped me find the proper selection for my mixture. We also had a good conversation. She is very professional and helpful. This is definitely the spot to go if you want good service which seems hard to find now a days. They have a wide variety of choices.

Bad bad , I order chocolate devotion pine , the girl make it so fast didn’t put too much topping all I can taste is plain chocolate , why I’m paying for chocolate devotion when I’m not getting enough brownie , chocolate chip and syrup , all I got is plain chocolate ice cream for $19 , next time better go bjs buy Haggen Dasz 1 gallon for $10 if I want only plain ice cream , teach your employees to follow a recipe .. I don’t recommend these place . Waste of money and time . People they work there they are doing whatever they like .

Employees are not trained well enough don’t know what are they doing. Messed up your dessert by not adding the right quantity. Specially Maggie she has an attitude and very bad customer service when asked you did my order wrong she said “ I know what I’m doing”. !!!Not going back there.!!!

This coldstone location has lost my business. I was having a pretty bad night and thought to get some coldstone to make it better. I asked for a chocolate ice cream with marshmallows and almonds (rocky road). See the photos to see what I got.... never, have I been to a coldstone that doesn't mix the ingredients into the ice cream. The girl was friendly but just poured the ingredients over the ice cream and handed it to me. It was SO messy to eat. The toppings fell everywhere, so it was as if they weren't even there. $9.98 for a mess and no effort. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Last week. Just saw a family bring back their order. They asked them to redo order because of the taste. I go home open top and had to run to sink because it was so messy. Took two bites and put it in trash before I got sick. Usually I love their creamery.

Today I stopped in to have my favorite ice cream-coffee lovers. 2 different types of workers present.1. Asian lady, she was friendly and helpful but gives you just enough ice cream to the rim of the cup. No mound or scoop above. 2. The other young lady gave you a mound of ice cream above the rim and in waffle cup. Her presentation and friendliness was not present, not sure she enjoys her job.The back counters were covered with cut cakes and boxes of cakes pre-cut, pretty messy. I'll be back because I like your ice cream.
Coldstone is my favorite ice cream shop and I go just about EVERY Sunday. The Richmond Highway shop is my favorite location because they make my Chocolate Devotion just right. Kuahe (so sorry if I misspelled your name) normally makes my order because she sees me every Sunday and knows what I like. She's so friendly and very welcoming. I'm not sure if she's the assistant manager but she has like a leader/manager presence about her. The shop is clean, staff is friendly, the line moves at a decent pace if it's busy. It's located in a shopping center so it's plenty of parking. Coldstone is my special treat to end the weekend and I highly recommend this location if you're in the area.

I come in every Sunday and Tuesday for Khue! Best ice cream in the DMV area, highly recommend this location. I recommend the strawberry mango smoothie.

I was there in the morning and saw only one girl helping customers and I asked her if she was by herself and she said no. It is insane that it was a long line by herself and no one even tried to come help. I tipped her very well and I hope only she got it. Management should be ashamed.
