Not a good place for an introvert, the tables are so close together, it felt like we were all sharing one table, very packed, small café. Overpriced. I was dissappointed to know they no longer had cake. The service was good and fast

They messed up a carryout order,we called it in. They made a replacement. But that too was messed up. When we called about that, they're essentially accused us of lying, said the manager would call. They never called.

I visited Cortado Café with my family, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. My family members are Muslim and my sisters wear niqab, and from the moment we walked in, we felt we were treated differently.
The man taking orders kept making uncomfortable faces at us, which immediately made us feel unwelcome. The café was full of people who were already done eating and just sitting around talking, yet no one helped us find seating or asked anyone to free up tables. We struggled to find a place to sit and ended up sitting separately.
What surprised us the most was when the woman at the counter asked if we wanted to take our food to go, even though it was very cold and windy outside. The whole point of coming was to sit and eat inside as a family. If we just wanted takeout, we wouldn’t have bothered bringing everyone in.
Meanwhile, people who were no longer eating were allowed to stay inside and talk without being asked to free up space.
On top of that, the food at this location was not as good as the Springfield one.
I truly hope management takes this seriously, because no customer should feel singled out, pushed aside, or unwelcome because of their beliefs or appearance. I want to believe the staff were just having a bad day, because I know working in restaurants can be overwhelming. Yet you gotta be professional and don’t take your frustration with other people.

Will definitely come back again!!! I loved every second during my visit. A very cute aesthetic and warm place. My husband and i were met by smiles from the entrance and our server Maydee was great and very cheerful! Overall this place is a hidden gem the food and coffees were great and don’t get me started on the creps. I can’t waaait for my next visit….

My favorite local coffee shop and I don’t even drink coffee but my friends do and they say it’s great. It’s hey have some amazing crepes and salads. If you like avocado toast, I highly recommend that too. Always clean and staff is professional and friendly.
