Very delicious seafood. I ordered special Lobster tail, Snow crab, Sausage and shrimp. It was brought in metal bowl covered with plastic bag. Sauce was the best I ever ate with seafood. Waitress Asia was great and attentive to our needs.

Today was my first time going to this crafty crab restaurant.and I don’t have one complaint the food was delicious and hot.the atmosphere was amazing,the employees were very polite,friendly,fast,it was clean, I was very happy and impressed now one thing drink wasn’t strong enough but it was good I will definitely be coming back the buffalo wings and onion rings was the best ones I ever tasteKid-friendliness: They were very nice and had coloring sheets and supplies to keep my 6 year old daughter happy I like how they asked her it’s she goodWheelchair accessibility: I lost my right leg exactly a year ago today so I have a prosthetic leg and I use my wheelchair also they the restaurant made it very suitable and easy to get around

Don't go here, they have a business with the towing company, the signs don't say the division of where to park but they have 3 to 5 trucks on duty constantly taking cars away to charge you $200. I followed the instructions and used Payngo but ended up with traumatized grandchildren and paying for both parking lots.Parking: They give you instructions and when you follow them, they tow your vehicle and then they tell you. The instructions they gave you were not enough.

Spending our last night in Alexandria and we wanted a Seafood Boil. We almost went to a different place that we found first and was closer to our hotel but the customer service reviews was bad and I didn't want to spend a big amount of money to be treated like crap. So I chose Crafty Crab. We were there during supper time on a Monday night (and the place was packed!). Boy was I glad I found this place! Our Boils were fantastic. Now I was a little surprised when I ordered the boil with butter & garlic and mild level, and when it came out it had the Cajun seasoning on it too making it slightly spicy. I don't know if that was a mistake or all their boils have the seasoning on it. Now this is why I gave our service a 3 star rating. Our waitress was really nice and she showed a lot of attention to my son-in-law (BUT he wasn't the one that was paying for this meal), she just wasn't a very attentive to her customers (not just us). I was going to ask her about the Cajun season on my boil, if I would have waited to ask her, my food would have been Luke warm. Would I go back there? HECK YES! The food was so worth it! Service might have been slow, but the food was sooooo worth it! NOTE: DO NOT PARK IN BACK PARKING LOT. You could get towed. The restaurant has signs all over warning this. Our waitress said you could register for a parking spot and the first two hours are free. You will get charge, but in a "day or two" you will get your money back. When daughter went to go register car, the cheapest fee was $35 for a 3 days pass. So she took a chance and she didn't register. We got lucky.Breakdown of our meal prices: 2-Daily #D specials $49.99 each, 1 Large Seafood Platter $79.99 with Shrimp heads removed-$6.00. Pepsi products $2.99 each.Their prices on regular meals are very affordable.

LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING!! NISEY IS THE BEST! I came in just for an app/ quick snack and decided to get a side of broccoli... now this is where it gets exciting! I went in looking for the bare minimum and got THE BEST service and food. She spruced up my water with extra fruit to make it even more delectable lol asked me if I wanted seasoning with my broccoli and I wasn't even aware that was an option.. I told her to choose and she suggested something spicy which is my favorite! The wait wasn't long at all. She asked me if I wanted to try it before I left which I LOVED, (iykyk), and broooo, this is no exaggeration.. IT WAS BOMB. She then asked I wanted to add a side of rice to really get into it but I'm only eating brown rice at the moment. As I was about to leave, she asked me if I wanted a cup of water to go with the delicious fruit. This was TOP NOTCH SERVICE for something so basic. Not a high check at all and as a retired bartender, she was honestly one of the best I've encountered especially after the pandemic. I would come back for the broccoli of course, but I'm definitely coming back for NISEY. Can you imagine a full blown dinner experience?! I have been bragging about her and that broccoli since I left 10 min ago. That's how touched I was by that experience! Thank you Crafty, not only for that bomb seasoning, but for hiring NISEYYY!
