The food is great. Even the mild has a kick so I cannot imagine how hot the hottest one is. Service was fast. The reason I gave this a four is because an employee was on his break and taking up an entire large table with the only cushion bench seats. We had to sit at a two top because he was taking up a large table alone and for the entire 45 min we were there. This was on a Saturday night at 6 pm. So a peak time and it was full, half way through we were able to put two two tops together when someone left. They need to teach their employees to allow paying customers to sit in their seats.

Great quality chicken, especially for a fast food environment! If you're sensitive to heat, the lowest you should order is medium. Mild had no discernable spice, and the tenders are much better with an added kick. The fries are also great. Service was fast and friendly.
I recently visited Dave’s Hot Chicken in Franconia, and the experience was fantastic! The food was delicious, especially the “Dave’s #2” meal, which I ordered at an extra hot spice level—it delivered just the right kick of heat I was looking for. The service from Nicole was quick and friendly. The restaurant’s ambiance was clean and welcoming. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for flavorful chicken with great spice levels. Definitely coming back!

First time at this food chain and at this particular location. I saw a guy on TikTok rating their food and tempted myself to try. Food is good, atmosphere is ok. Service is horrible. I asked for extra sauce not only I was given a side eye they started arguing with me and such unwelcoming vibe on their face.

Tried this place on a whim with my husband today. We've been curious about it after hearing the founder's story on HIBT. Honestly I didn't hype it up in my head because I figured it was just another chicken place, but my entire experience today pleasantly exceeded expectations. Staff who took my order was friendly, order came out quickly and eating area was very clean. The chicken blew me away. The rub or coating was flavorful and just the right amount of thin-thickness. Every bite I took was full of quality chicken meat. This beats out all the hot chicken competition in the area for me, including the Korean fried chicken places. I appreciated that the chicken was not greasy or messy to eat. All the flavor stayed on the meat.The fries were a good crispiness. I wish the meal was more generous with the amount of sauce. I also think the combos could have included the drink for the price. I was happy to see Coke zero as a fountain drink option. We will be back soon and I will be bringing friends.

5 star chicken tenders and sandwiches. 2 star crinkle fries. Best chicken sandwich I probably had. Premium chicken meat, great seasoning with slaw and sauce. Potato bun complements everything. Not greasy or oily like other spots. Get rid of the fries and you have a banger!
