The food is great. Even the mild has a kick so I cannot imagine how hot the hottest one is. Service was fast. The reason I gave this a four is because an employee was on his break and taking up an entire large table with the only cushion bench seats. We had to sit at a two top because he was taking up a large table alone and for the entire 45 min we were there. This was on a Saturday night at 6 pm. So a peak time and it was full, half way through we were able to put two two tops...
Great quality chicken, especially for a fast food environment! If you're sensitive to heat, the lowest you should order is medium. Mild had no discernable spice, and the tenders are much better with an added kick. The fries are also great. Service was fast and friendly.
