I enjoy the food at this restaurant and appreciate the way the dishes are presented. However, I am very disappointed with the service. The staff seem poorly trained — I requested my order to go, but it was marked as dine-in on the receipt. Additionally, some employees speak very loudly while communicating with each other, which makes the environment uncomfortable. Considering the portion size and overall quality, the prices also feel quite high.
Food was pretty good, a bit overpriced for what you get. Spicy levels just seem to be more or less of the stuff they toss it in. I tried both hot and extra hot. It was flavorful and not just hot.. But the flavor was almost sweet, salty, and spicy.. Hard to explain. Fries were great. Employees were all top notch, service was impressive. Only one bathroom though.
Dave’s hot chicken is overrated lol now don’t get me wrong, the quality of the atmosphere and the service workers are exceptionally nice and friendly. They welcome you when you come in, and they’re patient , it’s also clean with no stinky odors, and there’s a fresh scent when you walk in. However, the food was not as expected, especially based on the advertisement. My Son asked to go here because of the videos with the saucy chicken strips and the drips from the chicken...
