I used to come to this location when I was younger when I use to live in the area, things changed a lot. One of these worst services I ever received. Instantly the waiter came up to ask if I'm paying cash or card, I was paying with cash. I noticed he didn't ask the group of people who walked in after me the same question..when I asked for the manager she tried to justify what happened by saying people run out of the restaurant without paying but why didn't they tell the same thing to the group who came after me...it was pretty obvious it was because I'm African American with face tattoos and that I look young but I'm actually 32. I found their actions highly disrespectful and I won't be wasting my time here again.

It's a solid American staple. Nothing too fancy. The place was fairly quiet on a weekday evening.
My picky children inhaled fries and chicken tenders. The kitchen accommodated our picky adult dining companion's myriad requests for substitutions as well (thanks, and sorry!)
There's plenty of parking, and bus routes stop out front.
Coded bathroom doors suggest that it's maybe not the safest part of the neighborhood. My husband swears the blinds still smelled like cigarettes from when it was still legal (15 years ago as of this review).

Not sure how this location has 4 stars. I took my kids today for a little late lunch early dinner and boy was the food really bad. Not even my kids liked the food and they’re usually happy with any kind of sugar on their pancakes. The service was okay and I would not rate it one star. The food however was so bad that I’m baffled how this location has 4 stars.

I’m so glad I was broadcasting so that my audience could watch my husband and I get discriminated in real time! Enjoy the screenshots from my Thanksgiving stream, where you can see us being ignored while a group who arrived after us were served. Sad that your people thought so lowly of us, so we spent money at IHOP and tipped them instead.
I strongly suggest to the public to save their money and visit my country Vietnam, where my people will serve you fresh food for $1/meal and they don’t even want your tip. Unlike entitled Americans, it’s more important to the Vietnamese to keep loyal customers than to accept tips (aka pity money).

Terrible management and horrible costumer service we waited for almost 2 hrs for our food and it never came out our server didn’t bother to check up on us at all it wasn’t until I got up to ask where my food was when the manger all could say was “your order didn’t go through” she told us it would take another 15 minutes which we waited and than she went a head and said she needed to retake our order 20 minutes later when she had stated before it would only take 15 I understand mistakes happen but the minute they knew our order was not in they could’ve told us instead they kept us there waiting for a food that never came
