I called to place an order, then I called a second time to ask about the payment method. The female employee responded in a rude way and asked, ‘Why are you calling again?’
When I arrived to pick up my order, I simply asked about the available sauce options, and she replied in a dismissive tone, ‘You already asked for ranch.’

I am mentioning that it was the female employee so no other staff member is blamed.
Customer service makes a big difference, and I hope the management can guide her to communicate more politely and professionally with customers.

The pizza here is amazing! I got a jumbo slice and it was not only huge, but also really delicious—perfect bake and great quality for the price. The service was super quick and friendly, and my slice was ready in about 5 minutes. Plus, they’re open late at night, which makes it even better. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

They falsely advertise Snapple and Gatorade and refuse to refund their customers when they hand you some Section 8 drink called Everfresh. I hope this place gets raided by the IRS.

I visited DC Pizza and Kabob around 1 AM, and one of the positives about this place is that it stays open very late, which is convenient for anyone looking for food at odd hours. The staff was also friendly and attentive, which I appreciated.

However, I found the food to be underwhelming. I ordered the Gyro platter combo, and while the meal was filling, it lacked flavor and the portion size felt smaller than expected. Overall, it’s a spot that can serve the purpose of a late-night bite, but if you’re looking for flavorful kabobs and a more satisfying meal, you may want to explore other options.

There was only one guy running it the night my wife and I went. He was super friendly and it was hot and he put a fan on us when we were waiting. When we are back in the area we will be back

Beware! Do not order from here! This place is falsely advertised on DoorDash as “Aladdin’s Kitchen & Grill”. Such a place does not exist. They accepted my order from DD yet never fulfilled it. No one reached out. I had to contact the doordasher who supposedly had been waiting for 30+ min for the order to find out that the restaurant claims they were having issues with receiving door dash orders. The restaurant never reached out to explain anything. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops for a restaurant to follow through with the bare minimum. Have some common courtesy and decency to reach out to a customer that orders when you aren’t able to fulfill the order. You had no problem getting my money yet somehow seemed to close your restaurant for the day without filling the order.

I have been coming to this place since 3 years. However, few days ago, they made some great pizza that allow me to write the review. The young lady at the front was very polite. They mistakenly forget chicken on my pizza so made another one and gave me the pizza without chicken too.

Great pizza! Great people! I am always coming to this place for pizza, you should give a try too.
