Do not order delivery or honestly anything , from this location. Ordered a medium pizza tonight. Wait was 40-50 mins. After 1:10 mins, I called to find out the status of my order. I was told the driver was 10 mins away. I waited. After another 30 mins, I walked outside to see if maybe someone was lost. I walked outside of my building to a car’s headlights facing the building. I looked at the car long enough that the driver got out, and then questioning, said my name. It was my delivery driver With a woman in the front seat. I asked if he had been trying to call me, he said no. Said, sorry for being late. I said that’s ok- but it’s clear you’ve been out here for a bit. I should have checked my pizza before going inside. It was stone cold. The box was smashed, my pizza was cold. When I called the location, they told me they couldn’t do anything because the manager wasn’t there. I literally told them that their delivery driver was sitting in my parking lot with a passenger and my cold pizza in his back seat and they had nothing to offer. They did eventually offer to remake the pizza if I came to pick it up. I refused

We ordered a pizza at 7:40pm which was supposed to be delivered in 30 mins. We were also following the tracker and it was showing that the pizza is under quality review at 8:00pm. After waiting for another 30 mins we called the store and they said they are super busy but the pizza will be delivered within 15-20 mins. The tracker was still showing the pizza is under quality check. We waited another 30 mins and the pizza didn't arrive. Also tried to call the store but no one picked up. Finally the pizza was delivered around 9:45pm which was nasty and cold. After 2 hours of waiting we received a cold and disgusting pizza. This is the worst pizza I have ever had in my entire life. Bad customer service and no sorry from the team. Even though they were running late to deliver the food they could at least deliver a fresh pizza. Unexpectable when you are paying for the service. Very disappointing.

I try and call to maybe see if they could fix the issue but no one wants to come to the phone. Another miscue. I go there myself and try and talk to the person there and he starts screaming at me. Terrible customer service this Dominos should not be open at all.

Had a pizza order i picked up and while waiting i could see the pizzas getting backed up. The employee went back to check on oven and no one was helping them. My pizza i could see was bent and looked like it had been in too long. I asked them if they could remake it, and said i was willing to wait. However, he aggressively went to point out it was fine and opened the box quickly at me so i took him at his word. Of course i got home and it was fried and dry… typical service from this location and I’m just finally adding a review that sums up years of having to deal with them. No longer buying from Domino’s.

Very disappointed, delivery guy did not deliver my food to the right address that is listed called three times just to speak to a manager. The person lied and said that the manager wasn’t there and then finally got through to a manager manager sounds very young and not understanding Told them I’d rather just have a refund they insisted on me picking up the order after I told them I just want to refund , very disrespectful worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

I paid for my pizza and asked for a packet of marinara sauce. The guy picks up my receipt and says I didn't order any. Says I need to pay for sauce. Any decent restaurant would just give me the sauce instead of ringing up a second time for a 25¢ packet of marinara.
