Domino's Pizza

They make the perfect dominos pizza every time. It’s always the perfect amount of topping, the perfect cook, and very consistent. I always pick up in store and the staff is so friendly and fast. Once, they ran out of a dessert we ordered and they substituted it and gave us a credit for our next order, without us asking for anything. Absolutely love this dominos location!

This dominos location is the worst. After they hand you your pizza, they stare at you uncomfortably if you don't give the driver the tip he thinks he deserves. The main thing is the pizza from this establishment isn't the Domino's experience you get from other Dominos. I'm going to reach out to their superiors and inform them of the reputation that this particular Domino's is giving the whole establishment. I wish I could post a picture of the pizza they deliver but this platform doesn't give me the option. They deliver old pizza that someone didn't pick up and the pizza is very poorly made, all bread, very little toppings and it's not always fresh. I have ordered multiple times to see if it was an isolated incident but every time it's the same or worse.

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience with this Domino’s location was so bad that I felt other customers—and corporate—need to know.

First, the delivery driver was extremely unprofessional. They showed up late, were rude and dismissive, and completely ignored the delivery instructions I clearly provided. It was obvious they had no interest in doing their job correctly or respectfully.

But what shocked me even more was the response from the store manager when I called to report the issue. Instead of listening or offering to resolve the situation, they were just as rude—if not worse. No apology. No accountability. Just complete disregard for customer service.

If you’re looking for good food and respectful service, I strongly suggest ordering from a different location. I’ve been a Domino’s customer for years, but this experience left a terrible impression.

I used a coupon code for $11.99, but the total was $15.89. I asked about the discrepancy in price and was told that was the tax. However, the tax on the receipt was 90 cents. When I pointed this out to the employee, they kept emphasizing that it was a tax even though it didn't add up. Either the coupon is misleading or the franchise is not honoring the full value of the discount. 😡
One of the toppings was meat, and another was peppers. Several slices lacked both and Several more had one of each at best.
Also, the parking out front was entirely taken up by their delivery driver.
Very poor customer service, poor quality pizza, misleading pricing.

Today, I went to Domino’s at 10 PM, but it was closed. I’m very disappointed because the website said it closes at 12 AM, and the paper on the door also showed a closing time of 12 AM

I live 10 min from the store and when I was placing the order, I was promised me 25-35 min delivery. Instead, pizza and wings arrived in 1:10 min, barely warm.

Food is always good and my order is always correct. The staff is also very friendly.

My topping was double steak and the pizza I got barely. Can you see the Stak in it? So now I suppose to take my pizza a cold drive to the shop arguing with the guys so I can maybe get a refund or get another pizza this is ridiculous. I say double steak and I paid for double stick.

So rude and disrespectful. I wanted to order 18 pizza's for a football team but they spoke to me like I was trash. No thank you I'll take my business elsewhere.

Very unprofessional i wanted to get a large 3 topping after someone told me Alfredo sauce was considered a topping, which if any of you have been to a dominos it is not, i had asked to speak to a manager and i had been on hold for 30 minutes! Before i called with a different phone which was picked up before the phone that was on hold and got yelled at and talked over by someone else on the phone, to which he didn’t even apologize, then continued to tell me chicken is considered 2 toppings! There is a dominos around every corner and me and my family and friends will be taking my money somewhere more professional and welcoming. It seems To be a lot of one star reviews regarding this location for service and professionalism.

They’re very rude! And will purposely get your order wrong, so atp I will be telling anybody who ask me where to order pizza from, to not order from them!! I don’t kno who I was speaking to on the phone but both of the males were super rude.
