This Dominoes location is phenomenal! The pizza is always quickly prepared and ready and all my large orders that I place in advance are always timed perfectly! Farhad and team make this location feel like you are family and known. Farhad invited my kids to a special “create your own pizzas” time and they have been raving about it ever since. It reminds me of the time when I was a kid and did that as a field trip. Since Covid, I had accepted those sorts of fun experiences and behind the scenes with businesses would never happen again. After the tour and pizza making it pleased me so much to see the kids washing their hands to the birthday song and doing it “three times” like the workers do. Great hygiene and care for all of our health! This is my go to for pizza as long as I live here. Thank you so much ♥️. I ordered about 8 pizzas for my team while were during overnights. Ive ordered from this location before, and usually no issues. Tonight, Alamgir was my delivery driver. Upon bringing my teams food he gives me a receipt to sign. He immediately looks at it after signing and says "youre suppose to tip me. I brought all this food you suppose to give me a tip".That response is always the reason why i never prematurely leave a tip before getting my food. To ask for a tip is distasteful. I do not HAVE TO tip anything if i dont want too. Now he lost the cash tip that he wouldve received and also a customer. I called and asked to speak to a manager but the person on the phone said one wasnt on shift tonight 1/24.

Fantastic staff—Farhad created a magical experience for my 3 kiddos where he set up a little pizza-making station at the front of the store and guided them through the process of hands-on making their own little mini pizzas, they can’t stop talking about how awesome that was! We have always been happy with the quality of pizza we get here, the staff has always given us great service, and my kids’ fun time making their own pizzas was the cherry on top, highest ratings from us!Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid-friendly, read my comments in the previous section for more details.

For the last 4 days, I have been calling the store trying to place an order over the phone since their online system has an error. The person who has been answering the phone keeps telling me that they are not taking orders and there's never a manager present at the store. I repeated what he said to him and he said yes I'm alone in store and not taking any orders. I asked him for his name so I know who I spoke with and he just hung up. I called again today since their deal is still having an error, he answered and claimed again that they are not taking any orders. What's the point of opening up for daily business when you're not even taking any orders. Really rude staff, really bad management, really bad customer service. I honestly would give this place 0 stars and hope for it to just fully close since there are no use for anything. Really pathetic.

We ordered three large pizzas for a soccer game, and the pizzas were barely cut or appropriately sliced. The pizza was for the kids, and it took effort and time to serve the pizzas. I don't usually order from Domino’s, and I never will again.

Food is good but customer service is not good, not explain carefully for customer, make me so angry with the size, at the first time he told me large but then gave medium but it’s the same price. Instead of arguing with me, you guys should make a new large one, it’s not a big deal. Next time, if it’s still happen, I am not gonna come back. Thank you for reading.

When working the summer school program at the nearby middle school this past summer, we were looking to connect with community partners that would potentially be interested in catering an event for our staff. This Domino's Pizza location eagerly stepped up to partner with us, and were always super professional. Our staff loved it, and we appreciated their support!

They got my order wrong and there's no way to remedy it. I've been trying to call them for over 20 minutes and they refuse to answer the phone. It's 3 hours until closing time, it's not as if they are closing soon.With now a $5 delivery fee, I think I'll not be ordering from them very often in the future.If somehow they see this review and take action to make things right, maybe I'll reconsider. Even on the small chance that happens, seems unlikely to happen tonight, so now I can't eat the pizza I've been craving all day. DISAPPOINTED
