Horrible experience on Father’s Day. Placed an online order, arrived as instructed to pick up 30 minutes later. Upon arrival, was told they would start my order and it would be ready in 25 minutes. Was told I would receive a full refund when I said this was unacceptable. My card was charged the full amount. Out nearly $20 and nothing to show for it other than a desire to never go back.
