Blown by these donuts. They are very basic made to order. They just sprinkled cinnamon sugar on top of the breaded donut. It tasted mostly like a plain donut.

Looking through the reviews it seems to be the standard for this location that an order placed 40min in advance after 9am still has to wait 20min for the team to assemble it. Crazy, wait is not worth the cost of these donuts, there are better spots in DC.

I do not recommend this location. While the donuts are delicious, they are not worth waiting 20 minutes while the store is empty. My issue is that the team of two only filled 1/3 my order, then seemed surprised when I requested the rest. They informed me they did not realize I had more to my order (I ordered through the kiosk). I understood, and offered to call it fine with a refund for the undelivered items. They said only the manager could do that (and, apparently, the manager was not there). So, I waited longer while the completed my order. The breakfast sandwich I eventually received was hot and tasty. The coffee was unremarkable and I would not order it again. Finally, after sitting in the near empty store for @ 30 minutes, I observed the location is run-down and would benefit greatly from a refresh. I also tipped 20% while placing the order, anticipating great service. That was an unrealistic expectation.

The donuts are great! The customer service not so much. I thanked the cashier multiple times and she replied begrudgingly. I also thanked the donut decorator and her response was similar. They were both low energy. Idk maybe I caught them on a bad day. I will try a different location to see if their service is better.

This is a must-visit place for my family. Great donuts. Great cheap place to go for a treat. Some seating but tight when it's busy. One negative: They have boxes stacked all over the counters and it isn't very pretty.

I placed a order for a cookies and cream milk shake, one Cinnabon donut, and a cookies & cream sundae. I started drinking the milk shake and notice something was off about it. I turn around in my truck and headed back to the store to let the clerk know. She immediately asks if I would like another one. I tell her no, some thing is not right with it, give me donuts instead. She takes the top off and smells it, looks at me then goes through the fridge/canister behind her. Then she looks at me and says, its blue berries in it. I am severely allergic to blueberries and can experience a hemolytic anemia attack! When I brought this to the cashiers attention she stated she could make it again, but she couldn't give me my money back. I'll have to wait for a manager the following day, that is poor service. I understand mistakes happen, but doing something to make me feel better should've taken place. Especially when I told her I'm allergic!
I called them 3x this morning. Each time I was hung up on. I had a co-worker call for me they answered and stated the manager was calling me right now, 30 minutes later and still no call. Still no money back.
