Ordered a “hot chai” and got harshly corrected back with “latte”. Idk what that was about but that’s the 2nd time at this location this happened.

And somehow the hot chai came out lukewarm. $6 for lukewarm tasteless tea.

Bad customer service from the manager? She’s rude. I asked her to remake my drink since it’s tasted odd and the whole time she was remaking it she was throwing things around and just threw the drink on the counter. I tried the drink again and it tasted rancid. I asked her if I can just order another drink since I thought they didn’t know how to make the iced shaken espresso. She was arguing back and forth and didn’t even want to remake my drink. Worse location ever. I’m literally walking distance from this location and I refuse to go back there.

worst Dunkin experience of my life and my expectations were already extremely low. I don’t know what the employees of this location is doing but it’s not getting orders right, even though they take 30 minutes to make one egg and cheese croissant (which they ended up putting bacon and sausage in my EGG and CHEESE croissant). Me and my family came here to get three separate orders and they got every single one wrong. New management is needed here or a completely new group of employees need to be hired. Completely ineffective.

The workers there do not know what they’re doing. They don’t know how to make the drinks. They are unsanitary. I notice multiple health violations. Do not go there!!!

I use to run on Dunkin, sadly no more. Do not waste your time coming here. I saw the negative reviews before coming and sadly I found out. I use to go to Dunkin everyday in my city before moving here and it was pleasant. The food at this location some how tastes stale and flies can be seen over the pastries. I thought maybe I’ll just get a black coffee from here going forward… they can’t mess that up right?

Like clockwork, each time I came in for a black coffee they would input the order wrong and I would have to correct them multiple times. Most times I’d have to wait 5mins for it before asking if they could make it since it’s a quick order. This is truly embarrassing. The most basic, elementary menu item with NO MODS and the clerks are struggling to get it right. It really doesn’t seem like corporate or whatever regional manager comes to check this place out because there is an egregiously conspicuous lack of training and customer service.

It's a Dunkin but they are clean service was good. Food was good. Seating is fair but not for sitting and eating, mainly used for waiting for what you ordered.

Employees need to be trained a little better on how to prep their food. We are not from Alexandria and we were actually leaving the town when we stopped by to purchase bagels WITH cream cheese. What we received was a slap of what they call cream cheese spread. There was barely anything there, the bagels were also cold just to top it off. We would have returned we weren’t already in hwy. I was very disappointed in the overall experience from food to customer service. I had to repeat my order twice for them to get it together. I should have known better since that moment.

Order a Dunkin latte with extra butter pecan sauce. It was a little sweet. I asked a lady for a cup of ice to dilute the coffee. She wanted to charge me $1.99 I paid $6.30 For the drink and now I have to pay another $1.99? That’s almost a nine dollar drink. Do I wanna do that? No, not happy go Starbucks they always give you an extra free cup of ice or water ridiculous. No more Duncan.

I read other reviews and I agree with more mid and negative reviews than the positive. The turnover rate is bananas. This is not employee fault. This is the fault of the employer. Who is the owner???? That is who blame should fall on. How can you not see that you have a serious issue?! You are ruining potentially great employees.They are either firing employees on a regular basis for things that are not their fault or employees continue to quit weekly. Confusion, ill-prepared food, slow order prep, poor accuracy, and bad service all falls on the employer. The owner needs to be accountable and stop this! I haven’t even touched on how often this location runs out of product. The inventory numbers tell you how much business you get daily. Do better unless your goal is hoping we will order something we don’t want because we don’t feel like walking over to Starbucks who prepares well for heavy foot traffic. I’m not a fan of Starbies. I prefer Dunkin but, this owner is making me reconsider where I spend my money. Either sell your franchise or do better by your employees and your customers. For the amount of foot traffic you receive, you should have been on this before things got this bad. I do not know who you have faking the 5-star ratings but, they cannot hide the real issues within. Please spend more time on improving overall training for your employees. When they are happy and enjoy what they do, we are happy and will tip, leave better reviews, and return often. Thank me later.
