Very rude service. Young lady refused to take my order when I came in. Attitude for no reason and when the order was prepared hid it on the counter didn’t tell me and left. Terrible service

This place is very hit or miss. The customer service is always subpar. The staff seems to only be in 2 modes; either unorganized or with attitude. There have been countless times that the staff voluntarily made adjustments to my online order. I have had to go back on all occasions to have them fix it the way I ordered it. VERY ANNOYING and and quite frankly, disrespectful. Unfortunately this is the only Dunkin in the area without having to drive miles away for better service and food.

There were about 4 employees, it was not a busy time and that’s not a busy location.

Been here several times for breakfast and they all been on point. Today was no exception. They hooked up my Mocha Mania for sure! Got it for free with my app points 😁.

I've been using the app and ordering through the drive-thru, but I'm confused about how I can request a sandwich without meat and still receive one with meat. On one occasion, they just removed the meat but I could still taste the oil.

In the past two months, I've had more than four errors at this location, so I’m done with it. I warn others to check their food and drinks carefully. If I pay extra for cold foam, I expect it to be included—please don’t give me a rude look when you forget it.

Since this shop is on my way to work, I’ll avoid it in the future and focus on a diet. Good luck to anyone who visits; you're likely to encounter mistakes. I hope management improves training for the team.

I’d give a zero if I could. I’ve ordered here many times trying to give them a chance. But time after time they fail and this week was my last straw. I simply ordered midnight roast w/cream and sugar and a Turkey sausage, egg and cheese English muffin. I received regular roast with extra cream. So much so, that it tasted like I was drinking warm milk. My sandwich was literally as hard as a rock. I couldn’t even bite into it. I couldn’t turn around because I had to be to work. I was just trusting that one time they would get it right. Again, not my first issue. My husband and I have ordered refreshers many many times with lemonade and received green tea w/o being told they were out of lemonade until I took a sip and said “that’s green tea.” To which he said “yeah, we’re out of lemonade. Do you not want them?” “Why didn’t you tell me?” “Blank stare” “no, keep them.” I almost always have to reorder my coffee because I’ll ask if they have midnight roast. I’ll be told yes, then when I take a sip after leaving the window it’s regular roast.(Dark roast coffee drinkers can taste the difference in roasts). I have to take it in and force them to give me midnight. About 3 years ago they had a young manager with short blonde hair. For the 10-12 months she was there every order was correct…as long as she was working when I went. My experience was so bad this last week that Starbucks had to redeem you. That should worry you from this Dunkin’ loyalist.

I wanted to take some donuts to my sons house, but when I pulled up to the order window each donut I asked for was out of stock. Isn’t Duncan known for donuts? What is the manager of this store doing if donuts on a Friday afternoon are a problem? In the end, I just told the employee to fill the box with whatever she had. Seriously disappointed, and next time I want donuts, I will not be coming back to this store.

This new employee did my order TERRIBLY. MY FROZEN MATCHA TASTES LIKE STRAIGHT UP WATER. THIS IS TERRIBLE AND SUCH A WASTE OF MY MONEY. I ASKED FOR 7 SCOOPS OF MATCHA AND SHE SAID NO EVEN THO IM ALWAYS ABLE TO GET 7 SCOOPS OF MATCHA WITH EVERY OTHER EMPLOYEE. BRING THE OLD WORKERS BACK. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS TERRIBLE MATCHA
