I ordered 4 Turkey Sausage egg and Cheese on Croissants for me and my team. Everone has stomach aches after eating the sandwiches idk what is goi g on in this location but it’s the first time my sandwich made me fell sick I been trying to call and let them know but no one is picking up the phone.

The drive thru attendant grumbled something on the intercom, in which I had to request he repeat. When I received my order the attendant dropped my debit card handing it back. Had to get out of car to retrieve it. People don’t seem right here…

Love Dunkin. I can always get my favorite coffee MY WAY. Great service fast & they have a drive through which is hard to find alot in Nova area & I need since I will be getting surgery soon

Just did a drive thru order. My husband ordered a cold brew bonfire smores and ordered me a hot mocha latte. One the screen it showed a regular coffee with mocha swirl. When we pulled up my husband let her know it was a latte not a regular coffee. The lady in drive thru was very rude when my husband told her this. She had an attitude and rolled her eyes. When she handed my husband his drink the Graham cracker cookie wasn't on there. He let her know thinking it was a oversight but she ended up yelling at him No we are out with the eye roll. After that my husband said you know what I don't want it. I wished you would have let me know when I ordered it because I would have gotten something else. She then says fine u don't want it rips the drink from his hand slams it down asked for our card and refunded his drink. She never gave us a receipt for the original order after we asked for one she only gave us the refund receipt. I can understand having a bad day but don't it out on the customer. Needless to say we will not be coming back to this location.
Always we stop by when the free donuts are in different day :-(

Miss long nails will tap them impatiently in the drive-thru to signal that you’re wasting too much of her precious time. Then she’ll argue with you over the drink not being right, and attempt to force you to take it anyway. Poor service. Poor attitude.

Staff has been wonderful and accommodating. Coffee and sandwich for breakfast because they're open early
Consistently burns the coffee. I have gone to this location over 5 times hoping its a mistake that my iced coffee is burnt. This time takes the cake. Not only can i tell there is barely any cream but there was no flavoring. Im not sure if your brewer is broken but please ive wasted way to much money trying to give this place a chance. I love how sweet the staff is they are always polite and fast. But my god i cant keep coming with how gross this coffee is getting.
