The Asian guy in there is RUDE, will argue with you about an order you know is completely wrong and ask his coworkers to agree with him. Instead of fixing the problem right away will go back and forth with you. Yes, he gave me a partial refund but it was only after me saying, “I don’t appreciate the push back instead of fixing the problem right away.” I like to give places a chance but I’ve been here 3 different times and not only had to wait a long time for my order, it’s ALWAYS WRONG!!! Save your time and money and go to the next one. Any other Dunkin is better than this one.

Initially excited about new Dunkin Doughnuts near me. Unfortunately the experience was extremely slow. Downloaded the app and ordered on line.

With only 2 cars in front of me at the drive thru I waited over 22 minutes to get my very cold sausage crossoint.

When i finally got to the window, nobody was there adding another 5 minutes. When a red haired employee finally came to the window he was very rude when I asked why it took so long.

If you are looking for a quick or hot breakfast, I recommend you look elsewhere. Such a disappointment!

This Dunkin Donuts, man, this Dunkin’ Donuts!!! They never have ANYTHING! They only have two people working at best, for a morning rush no less? I feel bad because they’re obviously short staffed and the workers are pretty apologetic, but Jesus H get it together management/ownership! Get your Dunkin the staff and inventory it needs to function status quo, PLEASE.

Only one in line and the wait at drive thru is ridiculous. And this is almost everyday. I would do mobile but they are out of everything and we get replacements we don't want.

This location is incredibly slow . They take about 6 minutes without a line to take your order and then another 6 minutes to give you your order .

I have tried to give this Dunkin many chances but each time it’s always something bad. One visit we tried ordering our normal food and got told it was still frozen tried to switch it to a different item and was told they didn’t have it. On the next visit tried to order a new coffee and was told they didn’t have the coffe milk ? Like what? The way they talk to you is terrible as well. Unbelievable. Maybe that’s why it’s always so empty.

Good Morning, Dated on-08/08/2024. I am a regular Dunkin donut Customer. Every morning I need my breakfast from Dunkin’ Donut. Today Mornings I was traveling and I got a Dunkin Donut Next to my way, this store number is 358121 and Address is-8702 Richmond Highway, Alexandria,VA-22309.

I stopped by to the store and I place my order Which was my regular Sandwich, hash brown and coffee Latte.when I entered the store I did not feel that store is customer welcoming. Because no employees greeting me good Morning specifically store Supervisor/Manager. I saw Store Supervisor/Manager watching his Cellphone on Facebook. I found him very arrogant, very disrespectful, Unprofessional and less experienced. His behavior was very rude. He doesn’t know how to talk with customers and does know any manner.

I believe he is not representing dunking donut brand practices he is representing his personal attitudes. I never seen last 5 years any management employees that unprofessional in the Dunkin’ donut.

I asked Supervisor Name he denied his name and he argued with me why am I asking his name? Very Bad Services ever I had this store.

I am very disappointed and high recommended not to go to that store. Find some other Dunkin’ store nearby.

They take forever to give you your food and on top of that they be acting slow when you tell them your order then have the nerve to get the whole order WRONG… why I’m only person in line and it’s taking you 10 minutes to make my food?… Never again who ever the manager needs to do better with their workers.

This place is horrible. Every single time I come here there is extremely slow service, they are always out of something, and it’s completely disorganized. It is clearly poorly managed and likely under staffed. I do not recommend.

Consistently slow. The employees attitudes are great.. always friendly. But the service has gotten slow over the past 2 months. A mobile order made 10 minutes out still results in 10-15 minutes waiting at the window. Hoping they can figure out what's going on with the timing issues but the team definitely deserves credit for their service!
