why the employees use customers bathroom making customer waiting for an employee to finish using the bathroom? arent employees in that store have their own bathrooms? customer sometimes are in a hurry to go, employees are not going anywhere. it happened to me 2 days in a row. Also, is the rule says customer first?

Worst experience ever. Worst store manager ever thinkin she all that important with her attitude and negativity. I been a delivery partner of Dunkin’ Donuts and a customer all over the nation and all branches in the DMV. This morning I walk into this Dunkin asking for a jumper cable or a phone charger because my car battery died and was treated like garbage. The store manager saying it’s against company policy to charge my phone in a 17 degree cold freezing weather. I was turned around and my add to leave eventhough I had my charger cable. Humanity is dead!

Worst customer service ever, placed a curbside pick up order, been waiting for 20 minutes, keep in mind my order is only half dozen donuts, no designated spots for pick up. Parked in front of the store and called them to get me my order. after so many calls the girl who was working there today at 5:30 pm says we don't have your order, then suddenly she realized that I've placed an order and started to pack it and put it in the mobile pick up area, I mentioned I'm standing in front of the store and I need someone to hand me my order cuz my baby is sleeping. Funny thing she said, no you have to come and get it. Explained that I placed a curbside pick up cuz my son is sleeping, she hung up on me. called so many times after ignored my calls, had to wake him up to get the order. I go inside and un politely she said (YOU ORDERED IT YOU COME GET IT) and suddenly another employee shows up from the back starts to apologize without even knowing what had happened, very unprofessional that you hire someone who doesn't know what curbside pickup is!!!

Been going to this dunkin for 15 years. They recently remodeled and it looks amazing. You can order using the dunkin app ahead of schedule or use their kiosk or in-person.

The remodel at this location did a lot to make the place brighter and more inviting, however moving the workspace forward even slightly, along with replacing the counter seating with a four top table, does limit the remaining space for the customers.
A note to corporate: Please provide any sauces other than just ketchup! Mustard, mayo, hot sauce, something so that the breakfast sandwiches will have more flavor and consistency than brittle cardboard.

The staff here seems consistently overwhelmed and under-trained. We regularly receive drink orders that are incorrect (I.e. asking for a latte with an extra shot and just receiving a cup full of espresso). I usually don’t bother but today I took my wife’s iced latte back in because you could tell from the color there was no milk in it and they offered to “pour some out and put some milk in” as opposed to just replacing it.

Current young kid employees could use more customer service training. The girl who took my order and walked away immediately after needs to work on not wearing expression on her face. I asked her if she was ok and she said she was fine. Best way to describe her as a highly offended gen z. Sad but not. My hash browns were cold in the middle. Thankfully the dude heated a new batch and that was the answer

Decided to grab breakfast on the go today. Visited the local Dunkin in Springfield, VA. Service was good, the staff was professional, and efficient. The selections of doughnuts were great and we made our selection and were on our way.
I ordered a Box a Joy and sent one of my college (who never pick coffee from you) and came back with only coffee (no cups, cream and sugar). Why no one guide him to pickup everything.

$2 GD dollars for one donut? Wth! Dont carry chocolate glazed, vanilla cream or Bavarian cream. How the heck do you not carry DD basics. Donuts are not made on location anymore. They are trucked in and stale.
