I dont know what’s up with this location, if the uber orders tickets are being printed in klingon or what but they can somehow mess up very simple orders, they’ll completely omit an entire drink or item from an order, or send over something completely different.

Woefully understaffed and always out of things. I had to wait in line for ten minutes because only one person was working on a Saturday afternoon. I got to the front to only be told they were out of both drinks. Not the first, second, or third time this has happened. Absolutely ridiculous for a store near a metro stop.

Ordered food from Dunkin’ Donuts and I am extremely disappointed. My husband brought Dunkin’ home for us, and every item was a letdown. The egg was discolored, the croissant was stale, and the hash browns tasted like they came straight from the freezer—they weren’t cooked all the way and had cold spots. On top of that, the phone number listed doesn’t even work, which is beyond frustrating. This experience was unacceptable—if I could leave zero stars, I would. I will be returning with my receipt to get a refund.

Best Dunkin location around me that gets my drink right. 95% of the time my drink is made perfect and on time. I order mobile. I’ve only had like 2 times where my sandwich was burnt and hash browns still served like that where I complained. There are some mornings that my hashbrowns are missing or an order of munchkins. I have to always check the bag and taste my drink before I walk away. I have noticed some mornings specifically where my drink is slightly off depending who the staff is.

Flies everywhere all over the donuts. I didn’t realize until my child told me not to eat the donuts claiming they saw flies and when I walked past the donut shelves I saw many flies over the glazed donuts and they looked really dry. Worst Dunkin’ Donut place I’ve been to. I’ve seen so much better than this.

Served regular coffee instead of decaf. Was lied to. Previously regular customer will never return.
I came in and ordered a hot decaf coffee. I saw the employee pour coffee that wasn’t from the decaf pot. I asked “if this decaf” and he said “yes.” Half an hour later I had only drank have the cup and was shaking from the caffeine. I went back to ask and the employee couldn’t confirm if he had served me decaf and the supervisor tried to provide vague assurances. I was a regular customer, but will never return to this location.

It's a FOOD establishment. No soap in a cluttered Dunkin bathroom that wasn't very clean. It’s a turn-off. Used code to get into bathroom.
I genuinely don’t know what is going on at this Dunkin, they obviously don’t have consistent training for staff. Every time I order from here there is something wrong with my drink and food. One time my iced latte is a cup of nothing but milk and a splash of espresso, another time I get a hot latte and the milk is cold and not steamed. They’ve given stale untoasted bread for avocado toast and room temperature hash browns. There are much better locations in the area

I went into dunkins on Wed this week and I saw sury wasn't there...she is so great with customer services and gets u in and out. But that day she wasn't there things was so different the lady on register was new didn't know what she was doing and they even made my coffee wrong too. I was so upset and disappointed that day. I thought to myself I wish sury was here because she is great and would got the job right with great customer services 🤔☹️. If she is not there I don't want to go to the location.
