The workers are SO RUDE ! The guy on the register gave me so much unnecessary attitude because I wanted to use my rewards. When I told him he didn’t have to be so rude he continued to say I’m not being rude! In an aggressive hostile manner, instead of just having good customer service and apologizing.Continued to just order my stuff, my drink was gross all the liquid sugar just sitting at the bottom. I love Dunkin but don’t even wanna go back to this place honestly

Today’s service was unacceptable, despite our long-standing patronage of this establishment, which we have visited for three years. Until recently, we have never encountered any issues with the service. However, our experience was significantly tarnished by the behavior of one of their staff members, Jackie. Her attitude and demeanor were unprofessional and hindered her ability to provide accurate service. Furthermore, when I inquired about their beverage selection, her response was dismissive and inadequate. She stated that they offered coffee and other beverages, without providing any specific details about their offerings. This lack of knowledge and customer service is unacceptable. In the future, we will refrain from patronizing this establishment if we encounter Jackie working at the front desk. However, we have observed that the majority of staff members are courteous and friendly, including the manager.
I usually frequent this Dunkin, mostly in the mornings and the atmosphere and service are always on point. However, this evening I stopped in and noticed the trashcans were overflowing and there was trash on the floor. The two girls working were on their phones and didn’t seem to care there were customers present. Very disappointed.

Third time attempting to get a chocolate milkshake. Either there is no milk or there is no chocolate ice cream. I’ve been at different times and different days. Not having ingredients three times in a row is kinda crazy.
