Today’s service was unacceptable, despite our long-standing patronage of this establishment, which we have visited for three years. Until recently, we have never encountered any issues with the service. However, our experience was significantly tarnished by the behavior of one of their staff members, Jackie. Her attitude and demeanor were unprofessional and hindered her ability to provide accurate service. Furthermore, when I inquired about their beverage selection, her response was dismissive and inadequate. She stated that they offered coffee and other beverages, without providing any specific details about their offerings. This lack of knowledge and customer service is unacceptable. In the future, we will refrain from patronizing this establishment if we encounter Jackie working at the front desk. However, we have observed that the majority of staff members are courteous and friendly, including the manager.

I usually frequent this Dunkin, mostly in the mornings and the atmosphere and service are always on point. However, this evening I stopped in and noticed the trashcans were overflowing and there was trash on the floor. The two girls working were on their phones and didn’t seem to care there were customers present. Very disappointed.

Third time attempting to get a chocolate milkshake. Either there is no milk or there is no chocolate ice cream. I’ve been at different times and different days. Not having ingredients three times in a row is kinda crazy.

I ordered a carmel hot latte. I already left the parking lot before tasting my coffee. I turned around because the coffee was bitter. Fortunately, the young man made me another. Much better.

I go here a lot lol before work and I never had any issues until this morning I was eating my sandwich and half way down I feel a strong in the egg and I take it out and see that it’s a long peice of hair. This so the first time for this, but now I probably wont be going back because I’m afraid I will find another hair. The people are great though and fast.

I came in and asked for a cup of water, I was one cent short and Vanessa helped me out. Give this girl a raise she’s a hard worker and incredibly nice
Idk if they got new employees but I had a much better experience this time. I preordered my drink for the first time and when I got there, my drink was melted because I got caught up in traffic. I asked if they could remake it and they did!! I was so thankful for them and the great service! I tried the caramel creme frozen drink for the first time and it was created to beautifully. I could tell whoever made my drink was talented.

If I could give this Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins zero stars, I would. This place is the absolute worst! Every time I go there, they never have enough of anything. It's why I rarely go, but when I do, I instantly regret it. They never seem to have anything in stock. For a long time, they didn't even have both of their ice cream cases working. Like, seriously? How are you an ice cream shop with no ice cream?
The donuts are hard as a rock... literally! You'd think they were made last year.
I have to agree with another reviewer who mentioned that the health department needs to come through. Those floors and tables look like they've never seen disinfectant. It's disgusting.
Honestly, it's a complete waste of money and time coming here. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This place is a disaster.

Thank goodness we didn't eat the food we bought because it would have made us sick. Disgusting, please do not go here. For your own health and safety, please don't go here. Nothing is clean or prepared properly. I bought my mother breakfast here, and nothing was edible. I got an ice coffee and it was bad. Extremely dirty location, everything is sticky. You can tell the place is not cleaned regularly or if at all. There's a leak in the ceiling near the ice cream station with a bucket catching dirty water. Unsanitary and unpleasant. It's a shame because it's a good location and has the potential to be a great dine in location. I've been here once before 2 years ago, and nothing has changed. It's gotten worse. I was reading through other reviews, and it's truly appalling and unsettling this place is open in this condition. I'll be reporting this location to the Health and Sanitation Department and BBB today. It's illegal to be serving the public in such a poor quality. They should be ashamed of themselves.
