I ordered a HOT midnight coffee with almond milk and peppermint flavours. I was given a cold regular coffee with no shots.
Asked for it to be remade but it wasn't worth to go back for a third. Just avoid the afternoon crew and stick with the morning group.

It’s fine. Tabkes aren’t always the cleanest and the location seems a bit run down. I always feel like I’m bothering the staff when I put in my order. My kids love it, but we only go out of convenience and not because of quality, service or price - that’s for sure. Again, it’s fine. It’s a DUNKS. You know what it is.

Man was going to charge me for the Wicked Tin for $10 without the Munchkins. Had to involve the supervisor to get the Munchkins. Was requesting to cancel the order but the man said I can’t cancel the transaction. Man challenged me to call Customer Service, I am doing that right now.

The workers are SO RUDE ! The guy on the register gave me so much unnecessary attitude because I wanted to use my rewards. When I told him he didn’t have to be so rude he continued to say I’m not being rude! In an aggressive hostile manner, instead of just having good customer service and apologizing.Continued to just order my stuff, my drink was gross all the liquid sugar just sitting at the bottom. I love Dunkin but don’t even wanna go back to this place honestly
