Don’t bother getting donuts if you are doing Mobil order, they never put them out. So you have to remind them you are waiting on donuts which defeats the purpose of mobile order being quick. My last visit there it was empty and when I told the woman at the mobile order station I was missing a donut, she handed me my ticket, pointed at cashiers and yelled “go talk to her”. Lazy and rude.

This is a meh DD/BR. Hit rush hour, and there's a line. Not rush hour? Things still take forever. The tables are always sticky and the staff would rather be elsewhere.
Parking: BE CAREFUL! The lot continues onto other businesses, and people never seem to look both ways.
Better coffee: Bread and water (other side of the building) Better breakfast sandwiches: Roy Rogers Better donuts: Shoppers (a bit of a drive) Better ice cream: Custard Shack (2 blocks north)

The AC hasn’t been working for two weeks and everytime I go in there the heat is unbearable. I’m not sure how management and Dunkin have let this problem continue. You can see workers are experiencing heat illness from the heat and the ovens.

Donuts we got for our kids were the wrong ones, let’s just say they got them half right to be fair. My wife sandwich was somehow toasted on the inside, but not the outside.

You’re kind, consistent and clean! Easy parking. Heard there is a great Dunkin Donut-fed dentist that works upstairs who is taking new patients lol ?
I hate this location. I haven’t been to this location in over a year because they continue to make my sandwich wrong. Yesterday I decided to give them a try again since it’s on the way to my nail appointment. Even after taking a break from them, this location still does the same thing. I ordered a Turkey sausage egg & cheese. It comes with American cheese. For some reason, this location only, put white cheddar cheese on my sandwich. I hate white cheddar. If I wanted that, I would’ve asked for it. However I didn’t because I wanted American cheese. I couldn’t enjoy my sandwich. I had to throw it away. Also, the hash browns was nasty. It taste like it was freezer burned. Never again.

This is one of my favorite DDs. Good service, good location. Right next to the shopping center so you can grab your drink and then head to Safeway, the Post Office, CVS, or shop of your choice. The lobby is a little tight so it’s crazy when it’s busy. But it’s a good spot. There’s also good parking.

My wife and I recently moved to Northern Virginia and were, at least at first, excited to have a Dunkin' situated along our morning commute. However, as regular customers for the past several months, we have been continuously disappointed by the poor service provided at this outlet.Every time we stop at this Dunkin', we place the same order, either in-person or through the mobile app. And every time--almost without fail--the staff forget to add half the listed ingredients, requiring a time-consuming correction.(it doesn't help that few, if any, of the team members here ever have anything resembling a pleasant attitude)I would suspect that another reviewer was correct in presuming that many of the employees here simply cannot read English-language instructions. I otherwise cannot explain how this Dunkin' gets every detail of every order wrong with such regularity.
