Dunkin food is what it is, so I have no complaints! This is our favorite location in the area. The service here is wonderful, fast and correct. They are efficient and very polite. If there is something incorrect, the are quick to fix it.

I absolutely love Dunkin’ Donuts and have never had a problem ordering my go-to drink until coming to this store. I asked for a chai latte with one pump of caramel syrup. The lady got out two cups and I told her I only ordered one. She then mumbled something about the chai so I re-explained my order to her. She told me she understood but when she handed me my drink, it was just milk. No chai, no caramel. I don’t think it’s that hard to make a chai latte.

I got a dunkalattte and they said they can't add caramel or hazelnut flavor because it's already sweet, it was an old lady, the other dunkin adds the flavors with no issues, I had to drink my dunkalatte plain and for some reason they charge more than the other establishment.

I was hoping to get a sandwich in the evening. They'd stopped serving them and I was curious was time they stop each day, but the woman at the counter didn't seem to understand the question.
I ordered a medium latte with oatmilk and vanilla flavor. I have been drinking this same drink for YEARS! I took a sip, thought it tasted funny, but then about 10 mins later I took the top off so I could heat it up, and I discovered that they literally just gave me a cup of oatmilk with vanilla flavor! But charged me like it was espresso! ?

Today I ordered hot honey bacon egg and cheese, a vanilla iced coffee and an old fashioned/classic donut everything tasted amazing! The donut was soft fluffy and amazing ? thank youu! ?
