A bit over a month , this location 4700 King St B, Alexandria, VA 22302 has been experiencing AC problems. The temperature outside is 95, and inside the store the temperature is 90. Your employees have been suffering under this conditions . They haven’t stopped serving us . Please send a HVAC technician to fix the issue. Your customers deserve this, but the priority are your employees . Your employees deserve better .

I went there to grab breakfast .and while I'm sipping in my hot coffee. I dropped the cup ..and I apologized to the crew members ..but there is a lady ..I think she is the supervisor .was yelling at me and cursing ..like I did that in purpose ..even though I didn't expect anything for free ..I immediately purchased a new coffee ..this manager on duty needs some more classes in management and extensive customer service skills ..never go again there

Unprofessional Behavior Repeated This is the second time I’ve received bad service from the same employee. He didn’t have a name tag, and when I asked about it, he said he didn’t care. To make things worse, he was on his phone the entire time, ignoring customers right in front of him. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. I hope management takes this seriously.

Came to an actual donut shop for donuts…How naive of me. 😁 Very limited in their selection, no one at the counter( there was but he didn’t acknowledge me until 3 minutes after standing there) and just seems factory and systems oriented. Sadly, Dunkin no longer for me. Thanks for years of service 🫡

I usually love Dunkin’, especially the Duke Street location where they always add cold foam milk to my refresher with no problem. However, this particular location pretends they don’t have cold foam milk and refuses to add it, even though other stores do it all the time. It’s disappointing when some locations go out of their way to help and others act like a basic request isn’t possible.

I ordered a drink at the register and the person said they ran out of an item so I said fine I’ll take an alternative just to soon see the missing item and was told that it is just for online order. Then the manager she was a short woman on 5/24 was annoyed that I asked to remake my drink with the original order. She then proceeds to tell me no pets allowed and there was no signs outside that indicated that and this was not my first time with my dog inside. I will not be going to this store in a very long time. Customer service was not good!

This is a really nice Dunkin’ location. They always have a good doughnut selection, the service is quick and the dining area is pretty large. Only complaint is that getting in and out of the parking lot is quite a hassle.

This morning, on February 18, 2025, I visited the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 4700 S King St, Alexandria, VA 22303. I ordered a small coffee and Snackin’ Bacon. However, when I arrived at work and opened my breakfast, I was extremely disappointed to find that my bacon was burnt to a crisp.
I attempted to call the store to address the issue, but no one answered. This is very frustrating, as Snackin’ Bacon is my favorite, and I was looking forward to enjoying it. Unfortunately, I was unable to eat it due to its condition.
I have attached pictures for your review. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a resolution for my unsatisfactory experience.

Today I ordered coffee and i was disappointed by the fact that the employees didn’t stir my syrup and it was just left at the bottom of my cup. The service is bland as well, with dead faces kinda depressing. DO BETTER 😡

I had bad experience in this location many that today I decided to leave a review. It’s always the attitude, I don’t understand how all the employees here are so rude, not even an individual treats customers nicely. The food and drinks are also bad quality. Today I ordered an iced matcha latte and asked if they could put more matcha powder for my drink and I was willing to pay extra. They charged me but didn’t do it correctly, my drink was very tasteless.
