Visited this morning. Store is dirty. Customer service is terrible. And they seem to have messed up the frosting recipe.

This location is always clean when I go in and looks new still. My biggest suggestion is order ahead and online. When I order in the store typically something is wrong with my order.

Shit everywhere. No paper towels!
I'm glad that we're out of my drink!
No need for me to ever come back.
Take time and clean the bathroom!

Ordered two SEC croissants, paid online and spent 15 minutes driving to pick them up. Upon arrival it turns out that I was sold food they didn’t have. Apparently, according to the staff it happens all the time.
While I like the food at DD, I can’t recommend a restaurant that can’t deliver what they sell online.

The last time I went to this Dunkin it was, shockingly, empty, as there is normally a rather poorly-managed line that results in an incomprehensibly long wait. "Excellent," I thought, "I'll be out of here in a jiffy."
HOW WRONG I WAS. I walked up to the counter, which had two employees behind. You would think one customer to two employees would result in prompt, attentive service, but you would be incorrect. Neither one acknowledged me in any way despite having been present when I entered the store, nor did they apparently think it was within their job requirements to stop chatting to attend to a customer. So I sat there for several long, agonizing minutes while they took their time engaging in some very awkward and poorly-executed flirting. I could barely stand it and nearly interjected when the female employee launched into jokey criticisms of the object of the male employee's romantic interest, because that is rarely a winning strategy, but I was receiving rather poor service so I withheld my expert advice as I felt it was not deserved.
After suffering in silence for what felt like an eternity, they finally deigned to take my order. After enduring all that, I was given an under-toasted bagel.
I strongly suggest the management of this establishment invest in greater customer service training for staff, engage in more consistent oversight, and educate employees on the lost art of proper bagel preparation. Also, stop with the single-serve cream cheese containers already. They're completely insufficient.
Parking: Park at another breakfast place and buy food from there instead.

I don't know who does the ordering for stock in this location, but they need to be replaced. The are always out of menu items! Waste of time stopping for breakfast, they don't have hash browns regularly and no bacon! Ridiculous inconvenience!

Last weekend they ran out of eggs by 9AM, this weekend they ran out of iced coffee by 8:30AM. I spent 30 minutes waiting for two coffees today and in the end, the staff didn’t even acknowledge the wait. The sad part is that it isn’t even a busy Dunkin’ Donuts.

Customer service was terrible. No one said good morning when you walked in the girl at the register has no clue what she’s doing. She has glasses and she’s there as of today and it shouldn’t take that long just to get a couple orders. I stood in line for more than 20 minutes be for real.

This is the worst DunkinDonuts I’ve ever been to or even heard about. Save your time and money and just go to Starbucks down the road. They are slow, always missing items and it’s utter chaos when it gets busy. I hope the manager pays attention to this location.

I placed my online order ten minutes ahead of arriving. There was no one in line and it wasn’t ready. I sat down and waited patiently. They were actively making the coffee when I arrived. I ordered a simple iced coffee with 1 cream. I saw the employee fill my cup 2/3 with coffee and then the remaining with water and stir it up. I just left and took the loss. Won’t be returning.
