I’ve been here twice. Both times the food was great (taco salad, enchiladas) and the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a salsa bar which is a nice touch. Very clean and a nice atmosphere.

Truly impressed with this restaurant, even though I was looking for something a bit more Mexican on a Saturday morning, like a Menudo or Pozole, this place hit the spot, with whatever I got. I saw the sign, that it was open a few months ago, and I finally stopped by, and was blown away with the prices, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff. I paid $11.40 for all this food, and it comes with an unlimited amount of helpings at the salsa bar and drink station. I liked that they have iced tea as well. I think I found my new go to spot for good Tex Mex

Terrific experience here. We had the steak & shrimp fajitas, vegetable quesadillas (added barbacoa which was amaaaazing), and chicken & rice. Sooo good. Big portions. Friendly service. Salsa bar made everything better. Chips sucked but they were free so who cares! Great value, great for families (or anyone who wants a delicious meal for a tight budget).

Place is my new favorite, it's my go to stop on Route 1 and the prices are remarkable for the lunch special! It's a must try if your in the area.

Was an amazing experience, i have a sensitive stomach to spicy foods and they were very kind to give me recommendations, and GF taco shells! They were very kind polite and great service! You can really taste how FRESH the food really is!
I definitely look forward to coming again! I had the carne asada taco platter and corn elto and fried ice cream. The atmosphere was so airy and refreshing with really great music and not loud either! I loved my experience! Thank you Sam and Clarissa!

Unbelievable price, nowadays you can’t find a place with a meal & drink for less than $7.50 taxes including. The cheapest in northern VA compare to other Latin food.

My wife and I came in several days ago, she has written a review then. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, the tables & bathrooms were spotless.

As for the service… Sam & Clarissa made our day, their service was above & beyond. I cannot thank you both for the meal recommendations and your kindness.

Needless to say, we look forward to enjoying many more meals at El Fresco in the coming future and will encourage anyone else to do the same.

Amazing food, the nicest staff I eat here 2-3 times a week, the California burrito is AMAZING , everything tastes really fresh and well seasoned, they have great cheap meal options and great desserts ?

The best value Mexican food in the area. The quality is great, the sauce bar is tasty, they give free chips and salsa, portions are good. Absolutely no complaints. I moved from the southwest and didn't think there was good cheap Mexican food out here until I found this place. I highly recommend it!!!
