We had the best experience at El Paso two nights in a row. We had Jose the first night and requested him the second night because he was so great. Our food was amazing both nights. My only small complaint was that the restaurant was very loud both nights but I’m sure that’s the normal atmosphere.

The food was FANTASTIC! So were the drinks! We had an awesome meal here and we will absolutely be back! The enchiladas de mole are what I had and I definitely recommend.

Second visit did not disappoint! Excellent food! And, excellent service received by Jamie, Sunday, 6/22.

We've been coming to El Paso for a while, it's a local go-to spot for the Mexican food you crave. Recently we have been unimpressed. The service. The food. It's all been less than quality. Our most recent visit we showed up on Friday evening, early, hoping to beat the late night crowd. We were told 10-15 minutes initially, well that turned into nearly waiting for 40 minutes. Parties of larger sizes and parties that just walked up got seated before us and parties that had been there before us, got seated way after we did. Eventually, we were seated, food came out fast but my husband's order came out wrong and so my fajitas sat as we waited for them to correct his order. The food and salsa weren't anything spectacular, not significant flavors. My husband and I both agreed we needed to find a different go-to Mexican restaurant.

The food (California Burrito) was very good. Although the habanero sauce seemed different than it was three years ago when I was there. Would definitely go back, problem I am in MO. and they are in VA.

It seemed a little tight, but the plates were decent. The flavor was okay. There are too many items on the menu to pick from. The margaritas, though that were being served at random tables, were huge. I saw almost every table with a margarita so that's what they mat specialize in.

Enchiladas ElNorte reminds me of food I used to get in my hometown in California ! I come here every time I'm in DC

I went on my birthday and the food was amazing, but I came back today and the food was not great, I got the surf and turf and it wasn't anything like I had the previous time I was here so I tried another burrito they had, and it had a single piece of shrimp and 3 pieces of chicken. For a burrito that's supposed to be chicken steak and shrimp, it was severely lacking in 2 of the 3

Overall decent experience.
The flavor of the enchiladas was good, though the chicken was a little dry. The guac could have used some lime, but it's still among the better restaurant guac.
Service was good at first but became spotty as more customers rolled in, understandably.

The food is so good, the service could be better. There are a lot of miscommunications and misunderstandings.

We just relocated here from Arizona and was looking for our new favorite Mexican spot and boy did we find it!! We started off with chips and salsa and added some queso on the side. This salsa was chefs kiss delish, arguably better than some of the places we frequented in AZ, chips fresh and the queso was amazing. I had the Baja shrimp tacos and my partner had the super pollo burrito and both meals were to die for! My Baja shrimp tacos were packed and the shrimp were so big and tasty. It also came with a cabbage mix, a little cilantro, and a creamy sauce with some queso fresco thrown on the top and yall I can’t say it enough. D E L I C I O U S! I’m so glad I have some leftovers to take home because I can’t wait to dive into it again. The staff was very polite and service was quick and easy. The environment felt relaxed and the decor was cute. The menus were super festive with plenty of variety. I didn’t try the drink menu but plan to come back for their margarita deals.

Check this place out. It’s definitely our new favorite Mexican restaurant

We just arrived in the area from southwestern, Arizona convinced we would never find any decent Latin food and here we are eating some of the best goddamn Mexican food we've ever had in our lives. There is no other Mexican restaurant in this town. Period.

Food was amazing, margaritas were huge, and there was a magician (there on Monday nights) which made my kids night! Great entertainment. We will definitely go back again!
