The food was delicious I gave it a Four .. I would have to say that the costumer service was not very good, after endulging the food I had asked the the young lady which was waiting the table to please bring me a cup of water she gave the only attitude which the counter was no more than 10 feet it took her five minutes because she was busy looking at her phone and at that moment there were only two customers in there which she served them with a smile and since it was my first time there I didn’t like her customer service skills. Everyone that walks based on ethnicity should be treated the same.

We had a wonderful experience at El Pollo Ranchero! The food was absolutely delicious — we ordered the 1/4 charcoal roast chicken with Spanish rice, and everything was cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and authentic. The service was excellent, and what made it extra special was the chef personally coming out to check if we were enjoying our meal. That thoughtful gesture really stood out. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving flavorful, well-prepared food with warm hospitality!

My family and I have been eating at pollo rancheros for over a decade. The food there - particularly the flautas with that yellow sauce - have brought us comfort and satisfaction for as long as I can remember. Can’t recommend the spot enough. Good place for good conversation, with the best salsa in the area.

Tania G does not know customer service. Laughing and ignored me while I was standing there looking for a menu. I do not recommend going here. I make that drive to Arlington to Pollo rico where food is served hot and on the spot. Very disappointed at the service. Maybe a class on customer service or a new hostess

The meals 50/50 BAD service and incidentally they already charge you 20% of TIP. In the letter it said $9.99 and they charged me $10.99 and blamed the machine, be careful
