I’ve been coming to this place for about 15 + years on & off.Today was my last day I visit this place.As I walked in, I was greeted by Ovy. He looked at us asked if we’re were dinning in, we said yes, he grabbed menus & stormed off. We stayed at the door confused cause he didn’t tell us to follow or anything. We ended up sitting down where he placed the menus.Just felt kinda of weird & unwelcome with this.Our server was Tania. Everything was fine till she brought our drinks with no ice. We ordered Horchatas, they came warm. Tasted like the batch was not even being held in a fridge. We returned the horchata & asked for water. She brought us again Clorox smelling water with no ice. We decided not to complain or anything, simply refrain from drinking anything.I observed her touching her long curly hair several times, walking to the cashiers, touching her phone/texting behind the counter, then eventually bringing us our food. She never washed her hands between this which is very unsanitary.To finish off the night, we asked for split check ( it was 4 of us dining in but only 3 ate meals). We were told they couldn’t split because they had just changed system. When they printed our check, we noticed they charged us for a large party gratuity. A large party would be 5+ people.I’ve never been someone who minds tipping, however, based off of someone’s performance & sanitation.Even with that being said, the bare minimum would always be 15%. I just found it weird it said large party & it was 20%. I asked them what the reason to this was & ovy said “anytime it’s more than $50 we charge”.That is complete false as we are regular customers and this has never been the case.I felt because they knew my face showed I was not content they felt the need to do so.Service is terrible and I do not recommend this to anyone after today.

No saben que es un bistek encebollado por que dan la cebolla aparte jajjaja la mesera ninguna vez se acerco aver si nesesitamos algo de verdad deverian aprender como hacer la comida o que no se metan a cosinar o a ser las meseras de plano MUY MAL SERVICIO

I’ve been going to this restaurant on and off for a couple of years now. They have delicious food and generous portions for the price. I give it 4 stars due to an issue many years ago. Suffice to say I only pay with cash or Apple Pay (NFC payment)

el peor servicio que recivi hoy, la que toma las ordenes tenia la boca llena de comida mientras atendia al cliente, le hice un pedido especial en my orden y me contestaron de muy mala mala manera, cuando llegue a pagar pregunte por uos platos extras y me contestaron de muy ala manera, nunca vuelvo a visitar ese negocio, que piensan que es unaobligacion ir a consumir ahi, necesitan gente con mas cortesia para atender.

I unknowingly went here after work. I bought a whole chicken, rice, yucca & a margarita while I wait. The best peruvian I have every had! And the dipping sauce on point ?The margaritas need more flavor. The service fast and friendly. And the portions awesome. I will be a frequent visitor.

Came here for a quick bite and had high expectation as it looked like a small family owned business. The server was very polite but the service was slow, I waited over 30mins for my food to arrive. The food was lacked flavor and over all very dry to my surprise.
I just ordered a seafood soup and it was delicious! The price is reasonable for the portion size; highly recommend this place.Dietary restrictions: Not able to eat hard shell crab, requested substitution.

I have always love this place. I've been coming since 2007 and have never been dissatisfied. I'm sure back then I helped keep the lights on. It is a great little place to get some very good Latin food. I primarily stick to the rotisserie chicken and the pulpusas. I have had their soup before and it was good for the cold days.

I am not sure who left the review or why but if I am ever close to your location I will come try it. Sorry for the confusion.
