Good NY style pizza. Locally owned.
Great pizza, speedy service, cute little joint
The pizza was delish! The dough was on the thicker end, but the pizza was still crisp with a lot of cheese (a personal preference). Also, the chicken wings were surprisingly crispy too (again, personal preference).
Shocking that more people don't know about this spot. The pizza is so cheesy, but also flavorful. They offer slice specials or you can get a whole pie. Plus they have other options -.salad, pasta, sandwiches, entrees. Can dine in or carry out. Food is made quickly and the owner is super personable.
I am from the northeast. The Boston area. I expect a calzone to be bursting with toppings. I ordered a steak and cheese with peppers, onions, and mushrooms. I did see that their original calzone had ricotta. No big deal. It's not a boston thing, but I don't mind it, so I left it in. Big mistake. 3/4 of the calzone was ricotta. It was overwhelming. There was barely any steak or veggies, maybe three pieces of each veggie. Maybe they didn't get a delivery or taxed out because of the holiday or there was a new cook, but I have had more steak in a small steak and cheese sub. I paid 25 for the Calzone, so i should expect more. The ricotta filled calzone. Now, when I got to eat some steak and veggies. It was delicious. Great flavor and really good mozzarella. Crust was delicious, and the marinara was sweet. Calzones back home pour out toppings, and this one did not. I'm disappointed from the NY style pizza joint. I expected better.
A gorgeous looking pie at a great price. This is our first time trying them, but we’re sure to become regulars! I think the owner greeted me when I went to pick it up and he was very friendly and welcoming.
Excellent experience! We loved it 🥰
There gyro is alright I guess, no I’m kidding it’s really good. So good in fact I left this review which I hope it posts because the last one didn’t. Well there’s not much else to say (nervous gesture). I tried a few things there, not many… okay I haven’t. The food taste terrible (at least that’s how I remember it). I really recommend the gyro, did I mention that? Ooo tough crowd, well it was nice knowing ya, just kidding I don’t know ya.

More like 3.5 stars. Stop in here a three times to take advantage of their 2 slice and soda special, which is a bargain when you look at the size of their slices. Only got their cheese and pepperoni slices. While not a thin crust, which I prefer, the medium crust is pretty good. They have tables, but it's pretty cramped. A lot of neat memorabilia in the shop. The folks there are very nice and plan on going back again.
Pizza was good. Ordered two slices and they gave me another one on the house. Very nice guys. Love the redskins stuff inside
Hidden Gem.
The food is amazing, the staff are friendly and competent. The dining area is small and cramped but that certainly doesn't take away from the experience. The pizza is top notch!

Hi, I am a local teenager in the area and I have been going to fairlington pizza for years! The pizza is amazing with tons of toppings and lots of cheese! And for the quality of pizza the price is good. The owner is so nice! I have been going here since I was a pre-teen with my friends, and the staff was always super kind. They would often bump up our pizza to a large for free or would throw in an extra slice for us! The atmosphere in the shop is amazing! This is easily the best pizza place in town! The food here is to die for and the costumer service is amazing!

I’ve lived in the area for 9 years now, but grew up in an incredible pizza town in Upstate NY. It’s hard to find a decent pizza place in this region that scratches the itch without being overpriced, pretentious, or flat out disappointing. Sometimes you’ll end up with a cheese landslide if you carry out, and the slices are cut in a way that replicates a spending budget, but for my money, Fairlington pizza is the most reliable pizza place in the area.
