I came here thinking the prices are affordable but the problem is they do not offer tap water so you need to pay $2 extra and the staff was not real friendly. I ended up paying $17 for a chicken bowl and a bottle of water. They did not even have a bathroom. Not coming back, thx.

I love this place, they used to be by Cristal City. I waited more than 10 min in this location in front of the cashier and the cookers were making orders to go and didn’t even bother on letting me know that they were not making food for those in the restaurant. There were people in the restaurant eating and others waiting behind me in line. I had to ask if they were making food for customers in the store and they say “No”. Who has a restaurant open but don’t open customers that are there?? I don’t get it. I obviously left and grab something to eat somewhere else.

Falafel inc has amazing sandwiches. The falafel is great but the standouts have to be the Shawarma, both the Vegan and the Chicken. The Vegan Shawarma is very special and is as delicious as a regular shawarma. The chicken is a simple yet amazing sandwich. Zaatar fries are also excellent.

Stopped by the Falafel Inc on King Street recently, and man… the whole vibe with the Christmas lights around the area just made it extra special. I’ve always been a die-hard Falafel Inc fan, and this location totally lived up to the hype.
They’ve introduced a new chicken shawarma, and honestly? It’s crazy good. Just $5 for the pocket-sized one — I grabbed two and could’ve easily gone for more. Super flavorful, super fresh. And the plant-based shawarmas are just as awesome as ever.
Their classics? Still unbeatable. • The falafels are crispy outside and soft inside — perfection. • The wraps hit that perfect balance of filling + texture. • The pita pockets are soft, warm, and just ridiculously good.
This spot at King Street is clean, quick, and the staff is friendly. Whether you’re strolling through Old Town, enjoying the lights, or just hungry for something fresh and budget-friendly, I’d 100% recommend stopping here.
