Great location, very friendly staff & a stellar ambiance. The food, however, ain’t it!
Lacks the authentic flavor, and more like something you’d order from a whole foods salad bar, or Halal guys—-too many sauces of all kind, all over the place!

Lights are broken. The staff is just sitting around when you walk in. They don’t greet you. They won’t let you even wash your hands before you eat your food. Very unfriendly. Poor service.

Falafel was not good at all, it was dry and the toppings didn't taste fresh at all. I was so disappointed. I've eaten at Falafel Inc at a different location and the food was nice. I won't go here again. Nope.

They’re anti-Semitic anti-American Islamists
Food was awesome. Their unique fries was really good; probably would have been better if I ate it fresh instead of take out. No restrooms for customers. Service was pretty average. They kind of make you feel they are doing you a favor by letting you purchase food from them.

I stopped in for a quick lunch, hoping for something fresh and flavorful. What I got instead was a dry, bland falafel wrap that tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The pita was stale, the vegetables looked wilted, and the so-called “signature sauces” were watery and forgettable. There was absolutely no balance to the flavors — just a mash of textures and a lot of disappointment. The service didn’t help either. The staff seemed disinterested and rushed, even though the place was barely busy. My order was wrong the first time, and I had to wait again for a fix with zero apology. Cleanliness was also questionable — several tables were dirty and hadn’t been wiped down. I appreciate the idea of affordable food with a charitable mission, but that doesn’t excuse poor quality. There are way better falafel spots in town that actually care about what they serve. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

When I went home I opened my bowel the falafel is sooooo olddddd and cold
Best falafels ever, but just expect a bit of wait time if you’re not the only one there. Still worth it.
5 stars for the 6 pieces falafel pak. Very tasty. Chicken in the rice bowl is bland but it’s nice that the rice and chicken are soft. Today it took a very long time here to get the four small falafel paks and one chicken rice bowl. There was one order ahead of us for a group of 2 that was made before we came in. After we ordered, another few groups came in and ordered. Make sure you hold on to your receipt with the order number while you wait. This is the second time this weekend in a DC area restaurant where other customers keep thinking that my order is theirs once it’s ready to take at the counter.
AMAZING!!! The BEST falafel pita. It was super fresh and flavorful. The hummus and pita chips were also excellent. Visiting for the weekend and so happy I had lunch here. Highly recommend!
Delicious vegan shawarma sandwich! It’s so good.
Great food at good prices. This has become part of my weekly routine!
