Today famous Dave's food was not really good my rib tips was a little tough whoever made that macaroni and cheese and greens should be shot. Beef BBQ brisket sandwich with potatoes and Mac and cheese. 4 stars out of 5 is because my Mac and cheese.
Ordered the two meat lunch special. There is an upcharge for brisket. This is what I get for $20. Brisket tastes good. Gave me an end which was hard and inedible. Last five years or so servings are much smaller and cost much more. I don't know how much longer I'll come here. This past trip was a huge disappointment. Beware. On the look out for a better deal ( brisket) somewhere else. Suggestions?

We decided to visit famous Dave's, which we had not been to an over 10 years and used to really enjoy. The service was friendly and we receded quickly, but after ordering a large American buffet style plate for two to share, and all of the meat on it was cold and seemed like it had been cooked hours ago. It appears the restaurant has gone down as the lines that we used to see outside are no longer there. Quite expensive for a plates full of cold food.
