My only complaint: couldn’t wash my hands. Restroom occupied. One-person bathroom. Had to get the code from the girl at the counter in the first place. Got my food. Ate. Went to wash my hands. Dude still in there. Dropping a monster deuce, I guess. C’mon. Have bathrooms that can be used by more than one constipated person.
Food was consistent and great like all the other Firehouse places I’ve been. I keep getting the Hook & Ladder because it’s awesome and delicious. That is how it was today. I enjoyed it and I like the pickle spear they always give you with your sandwich.

Firehouse Subs is hands down the best place for delicious subs! The juicy, flavorful meat paired with perfectly toasted buns makes every bite an absolute delight. The presentation of the subs is always spot on—everything is made with care and looks amazing.

What really sets this location apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always make you feel welcome. The ambience is fantastic for a fast-casual restaurant, with a clean and inviting atmosphere. I also love the Coca-Cola machines with their hundreds of flavor combinations—there’s always something new to try!

This is my go-to spot for a great meal, and I’d say it’s the best location within a 100-mile radius. It’s never too busy, there’s always plenty of seating, and the overall experience keeps me coming back. Firehouse Subs truly hits the mark every time!

What people say about this location is 100% true. The employees ignore you if you walk in to order food. They only care about mobile orders and what’s on their cell phones. I went here for lunch on 11/14/24, but was completely ignored. I left and went to a different restaurant and got tacos. If management doesn’t believe me, they should check the cameras

The sub came without the cheese.I wonder why it was called a steak and cheese? The meat and onions were delicious!
