Our last 2 visits were horrible. Same server was the problem both times. 1st visit he ignored us while waiting and talked nonstop to other tables, we were way past done before he brought the check. Second time, he yelled at us in the middle of the restaurant, for wanting someone else. We didn't say anything the 1st time, but the second time was kind of hard to ignore. The manager was very nice and responsive, but being yelled at, is a bridge too far for us to be subjected to that again. We may try it again, but it will be months and months away.

The wait staff is great and so is the food . However constantly there will be 6 or 7 tables open with nobody being sat at them. At other locations they say they hold the tables for a few minutes until the people show up. It’s not the case at this location. It will go beyond 10 minutes and still nobody is being sat down and the wait time is longer than an hour. So far this is the location with the longest wait time on top of that. One time they said that the kitchen is backed up and that’s why they are sitting people slowly. Why does it matter then?! Just sit people!! Once we get sat the wait time for food is not bad at all. The hosts need additional training.

First Watch did not disappoint. We’d been meaning to come for a while and when we finally did, it was everything we were expecting. The food and drinks were amazing so was the service. The atmosphere was great for brunch and the restaurant itself was really clean. I’d recommend it to anyone that enjoys good food.

From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, Ty made us feel genuinely welcomed—almost as if we’d known him before. We also noticed that he treated every guest with the same kindness and attention. Had great recommendations and was very attentive that we always had what we needed.
He was truly a ray of sunshine, and the world needs more people like him—those who naturally spread joy and bring smiles, even to those who might not be having the best day.
