If the cook looks pissed off at the world, the food will taste the same! That was the case today. Undercooked fries and tasteless burger. Cook had a horrible attitude! Worst experience ever!

I had a great experience at the Five Guys in Alexandria! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, and the positive energy made the visit even better. On top of that, the place was spotless — the dining area, drink station, and even the bathroom were all very clean and well-maintained. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping things tidy and providing great service. Of course, the food was exactly what you expect from Five Guys — fresh, hot, and delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back!

All good. Except their soda machines lack variety as they have the old machine. No Dr Pepper. Otherwise everything is good. Plenty of parking, quick service; food is always good. They also have the combo option that the hq is testing - little burger, little fries, regular drink for $12.99.

Burgers are the best, but the fries are unseasoned and unsalted, soggy, thick and need to be fried longer.
Food still great as ever, but this specific location no longer gives the big scoop of extra fries. They're very stingy about it. Verified this by going to other locations, like the one further down route 1 towards Mt Vernon, and they give a heaping scoop of fries in the bag.
Fries start at nearly 6 bucks, why be stingy about potatoes?
Mind you, they still give some extra fries, just not nearly the amount that's typical at other locations. This is also not a one-time experience, since this has always been my go-to Five Guys.

It's been a decade since I came to Five Guys, and holy shite have the prices blown up! Yet.. the burger was juicy.. the fries were crispy.. and Jailyn was as sweet as a peach on a windowsill. The song Transistor by 311 was playing as I looked at the menu, so I had to order something.

I come here everyday after school because i get out of school early i come here to get a water cup because i walk 18 minutes and i am thirsty when i go yp to the counter the workers look at me and greets me with a "yes" when other customers come in and they greet them with a "hi" or "hello" and because they buy food from here they get treated better then what i did and i want to express that on here to let people know they you dont have to come here just to but food but because i was thirsty and dont enjoy waiting 20 mins for a bus outside i would love to enjoy it inside with a great enviorment and i dont apperciate that
