I've been having five guys burgers since the first store opened back in 1996 in Virginia. This is another one of their locations and it's 2025 and they are still great burgers. The places still stand true to their original in the flavors are still exactly the same great burgers and fries simple and delicious.

I came into this place with my big sister. A very rude woman working the register kept rushing my sister; asking her questions about the order while my sister was talking. When my sister reasonably asked her to stop interrupting and to give her a chance to order, the rude woman abruptly walked off and started working in the sandwich making station. Another worker, a young man, came up to the register. My sister and I walked out. We certainly were not going to have someone like her putting their hands on our food. We went to another Five Guys fown the highway, and we were able to order in peace and enjoy our food together.

I had a great experience at the Five Guys in Alexandria! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, and the positive energy made the visit even better. On top of that, the place was spotless — the dining area, drink station, and even the bathroom were all very clean and well-maintained. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping things tidy and providing great service. Of course, the food was exactly what you expect from Five Guys — fresh, hot, and delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back!

All good. Except their soda machines lack variety as they have the old machine. No Dr Pepper. Otherwise everything is good. Plenty of parking, quick service; food is always good. They also have the combo option that the hq is testing - little burger, little fries, regular drink for $12.99.
