We go to the Hybla Valley location at least once every month or so. But almost every time we’ve gone over the last year, the fries have been terrible….undercooked and soggy. Hot dogs and burgers are fine, but their fries are consistently terrible. Soggy. Not crisp. Bleh.
We’re going to try the location farther up the road a bit next time.

We love five guys and have gone to this location for years and loved it. The staff are nice and the food is great. Our last visit wasn't great and makes me wonder if the store is under new management. The amount of fries was way less than before, and they say they can't make fries extra crispy or softer anymore, and also can't provide bags for peanuts to go. We might be on the hunt for a new regular five guys location

Aweso.e place that is what you need in all the food Industry welcoming smile as you walk in attentive cashier and the cherry on top great hamburgers , the only place I will eat a double bacon chesseburguer remind it me of sponge Bob and the..double padis all the way thank you guys for making lunch time ? awesome

I’m giving the food an extra star because they have a dedicated fryer and gluten-free buns, which fit my needs. The food was good but $40+ for 2 people to eat fast food is too much (at least for what we usually eat/spend)! Maybe it’s normal for Alexandria, VA. We were just visiting. I realize that I sound very old when I say, “I remember when you could get a hamburger and fries for…” Anyway I think I’ll make a sandwich next time.
Dietary restrictions: I was able to eat gluten-free here and that helps many people that need this! Just be sure to speak up about your needs!
