The burgers have been good every time but recently, the past 3 times I've ordered the fries have been very greasy. They used to be perfect, maybe the fryer temp is off or someone is getting in a hurry? Good is worth the wait!

Ordered on the app. Showed up 5 minutes before my pickup and hit the “here” button. I then waited 20 minutes. Turns out my order number was at the bottom of this stack and they weren’t even working on mine. Didn’t get my order till 20 minutes after pickup time. Dozens of people that ordered in store after I got there got their order before me.

We went to a Five Guys in England. We liked the taste better there compared to here.
The staff is mediocre, you get the impression that people don't enjoy their job. Not necessarily unfriendly, but not really friendly either.

Dietary restrictions: Their menu has gluten in almost everything, but I do think they offer lettuce wraps as an alternative

I haven’t been to five guys in a while so I decided to treat myself after a long day of moving. I ordered fries which ended up being very soggy and was disappointed. I later had an upset stomach. The service was slow. Also felt uncomfortable dining in, vibe felt off.

It had been a some time since the last time that I had visited one if these restaurants, and I today I thought about how much I missed their awesome hamburgers. So I thought why not break the cycle of counting calories, and I came on over here during my lunch break. I ordered an original hamburger from the self-serve kiosk, and then proceeded to wait around for them to prepare it. For the additional toppings, I chose lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeño peppers ketchup, and mustard. I discovered that they had brought back the free peanuts, so I grabbed some of those instead of ordering French fries. Even though their fries are super deli ious as well There were at least 11 employee guys working behind the main counter, and they probably needed that many as Im sure this place can get busy. The burger was prepared perfectly, and I had no problem finishing it off.
