Honestly no idea how this chain is still alive. $20.51 for a burger, small fry, and water cup, eating at the restaurant. Burger comes out with completely cold, unmelted cheese. Ask for it to get warmed up, manager acts like this was an inconvenience. Took a refund and left. Off you go, five guys, I’m over it. Better off spending half the price at the ihop next door.

The burgers have been good every time but recently, the past 3 times I've ordered the fries have been very greasy. They used to be perfect, maybe the fryer temp is off or someone is getting in a hurry? Good is worth the wait!
Ordered on the app. Showed up 5 minutes before my pickup and hit the “here” button. I then waited 20 minutes. Turns out my order number was at the bottom of this stack and they weren’t even working on mine. Didn’t get my order till 20 minutes after pickup time. Dozens of people that ordered in store after I got there got their order before me.

The staff is mediocre, you get the impression that people don't enjoy their job. Not necessarily unfriendly, but not really friendly either.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very good. Works without any problems.
