Great pizza. Not quite as soft as a real Napoletana pizza but still tasted great. Tiramisu was pretty good as well. Would definitely go back

Went to the original one in CT years ago so was excited to learn they had a franchise close by. Pizza lived up to the original. Delicious huge pizza, great crunch, delicious tangy sauce. Will definitely be back.

We have a Frank Pepe back home in Massachusetts so I got excited when I saw that there's one here in Alexandria. Well, the one here is NOTHING like the one back home in Massachusetts!! I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and it was TERRIBLE!!! The only flavor the pizza had was BURNT FLAVOR!! Having "charred" edges should NOT be a selling point at all! You should focus on making better pizza dough, and actually making homemade sauce! Your price point is ridiculous for the lack luster pizza you make. No way should you be charging $19 for a small pizza when the quality is NOT worth $19.

Ordered a plain cheese pizza and the crust and the bottom of the pizza was burnt. Went right into the garbage. Have always liked the pizza here but lately the quality has been inconsistent.

After getting a wax at European Wax Center, my girlfriend and I decided to stop in to get a quick bite to eat at Pepe’s. We walked in around 5:30 and chose a comfortable booth by the window. I was a little let down after realizing they didn’t have any kind of appetizer choices. I expected at least mozzarella sticks or calamari. Lol So we just ordered a medium veggie special to split, a glass of wine, and a gingerale. My glass of wine was served in a small plastic cup and the gingerale was a non-refillable glass bottle. The pizza arrived on a huge sheet pan that took up 25% of the table and was only cut twice, leaving 4 huge slices. The pizza itself was delicious and I really enjoyed the thin crust and broccoli. However, I really wish they served it on a smaller round sheet because we almost lost the pizza on the floor. Not slicing the pizza into 8 pieces vs. 4 large pieces made it difficult for us to split the leftovers to take home.
Overall the pizza was tasty and I would definitely order it again.

Simply great old school pizza that reminds me of pizza you’d get in NYC, Philly or Boston.

This is a great pizza place. Their pizza is perfectly simple, which allows all the ingredients to come through. If greasy, super cheesy american style pizza is what you're looking for, then this may not be the place for you. But, I would urge you to give them a try with an open mind as it is amazing pizza.
