Manager “John” there today has a crap attitude. Can’t even ask a simple question without getting cutting off and responding with a horrible attitude. Have a day that is as productive as you are cable of making it “John” 🙂

Good morning to Giant foods! I wanna send a special shout out to this store! I made an catering order for the deli; (4) Sandwich trays, and a large fruit tray, the customer service was excellent, and the help was prompt, as usual, these guys made my event look less stressful! Am not done praising this store, but that full sheet bakery cake, melted in the hands of the guests, oh boy was it moist. I also ordered to trays of muffins😉yum yum and yum, did I mention the customer service was excellent, she made sure I was pleased with the cake decoration! Thank you bakery!!! The Manager that day on duty, thank you for assisting me with them bags of ice, you heard my stress, and quickly helped defuse it! The date of this catering order was Sunday, July 20, 2025@ 1030am! It don’t stop there, I saved the best for last, the Security Officer Jerry, witnessed the struggle with this order, and make cake almost fell, with his sharp security skills, and quick on his feet, the cake survived, Jerry was trying to find some assistance for me, but he became the assistance, and for that am so grateful! He saved the day! All you guys saved the day, planning an event is one thing, but an Autism event was very hectic🥵! Again thank you Giant foods for all your help, I will be back for future assistance 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Traveling home from a visit with family....had about 6 hours to go......Stopped to grab something to eat....got Giant's 8 pieces fried...still warm. I wasn't overly optimistic since the chicken WE usually get in store are BORING flavor and dry. Giant's WAS YUMMY!!!!! I don't know what spices and herbs used in that coating but....I WANT THE RECIPE!
I really love this store However I'm wondering why they don't have turkey burger patties anymore. I shop there every other Saturday, and it's never there. Also I'm a little shocked at the bakery department. All of the Giant brand glazed donuts looked old and stale.

Worst customer service. Pineapple shown as $1.50. Giant employee said it was only for people with the application. They said they were targeting “young “ people.

Visited the deli department and asked for cheese and meat. I told him what I wanted and went off to the side. This Caucasian man walks up and he immediately takes his order (after I placed mine). And gets his order before me. This is bad customer service and definitely will reconsider coming here. He forgot what I asked for and then I had to wait for him to finish cutting the meat and cheese. To see he was “department lead” was disappointing because he should know better.

Not enough cashiers, self checkout beeps and complains every.single.time you put a bag in place. Terrible service when you ask for more help.
