Very good place except that the cashier Cynthia is very angry and loud, apparently she is racist
Great experience shopping here.
Horrible customer service! I made a grocery order and got home 2 of the items were missing I got a receipt in the bag stating that items were out of stock and I would be refunded. I have placed orders before with this same Giant and they emailed me to make replacements if items were not available. I didn’t think I would get home and items would be missing. The associate Tim and the manager Brian were nonchalant about it when I called and neither apologized for the inconvenience. When I talked to the associate about it he said that they are short staffed someone is out sick. The manager put me on hold and to talk to the associate and when he got back on the phone he stated that the associate called me and left a voicemail which was a lie. I didn’t have any missed calls or voicemail from the store. This experience was a big inconvenience and a time waster. I would have rather they did what they did in the past and substitute my items. I ordered chicken thighs if they weren’t available. I would have liked to be contacted so my items could have been replaced like the previous time when I ordered groceries and the items weren’t available. Again horrible customer service from the associate and the management neither even pretended like they cared. Now I can’t even cook my dinner.
When I first walked into this place it smelled gross like rotting produce. Didn't look the cleanest on the floors. And then I went to use the bathroom there was absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend this giant at all sort of a health hazard how gross things are.
There are products with good prices and a variety of things.
Management should be ashamed of themselves! Plastic grocery bags used to be free, but charging $0.05 each is upsurd! How much is each bag, Giant and Stop & Shop are price gouging! All so “we use less plastic” -hey quick question what should pet owners use to pick up poo? Oh plastic bags-cool. Let’s try not screwing over your customers with the 5000% markup.
Let’s be real, natures promise popsicles are a joke! My whole hand fits!!!
A security guard and a staff member or manager/supervisor were making someone uncomfortable by making them take off something that makes them feel comfortable (the person has a diagnosis).
I bought a birthday cake and as I arrived home I found that it has a problem so I had to go back. As I arrived JAS and Brian professionally helped me and solved the issue. Thanks for the fresh cakes.
Higher prices and same quantity of items.

Kind of pricey and the selection is small.
Lots of variety of foods and excellent prices
Variety of items and good prices only if you have the Giant membership card.
I'm leaving a very LONG review here for me and my cousin who stays very close to this Giant. She will be very mad at me for doing this but I have to say something. It's getting too much.Few months ago; whilst my cousin was ringing two items (worth less than $5) at the self checkout…she decided to run to the back for another item only to come back and find out that the worker randomly rang roast beef (worth $20) that my cousin never picked up smh. This same guy did the same thing to me 2 weeks later…Mine he added $14.99 (for a bag of rice). Because I had a lot of items I paid an extra $14.99 without seeing.….I almost reported him and my cousin stopped me and ended up refunding me the money.Prices at the register are usually higher than price tags on the shelf. We always pay more without saying anything. About 2 weeks ago; my cousin alerted this new worker (not the same as the first one) about the pricing issue while paying at checkout. Instead of this worker going to the back to check for the correct price; he told another person (at the customer service area) creating a big scene. That person on the other hand asked the guy to rather help me since she wasn’t able to figure it out.My cousin ended up going to the back herself to take screenshots to prove that the price was actually wrong whilst the guy was just standing there. She even wanted to just pay the wrong amount and leave but the guy said he would help fix it. When he found out that she saved only 90 cents he didn’t even clear the computer screen to where buyers do transactions. He walked away very fast to the grocery area like my cousin was being a bother. Really?? She had to figure the system out herself to continue with the payment.Let’s be real here; if someone is always paying more than the actual price tag. Do u expect them not to say anything? If she was missing even 1 cent at checkout; would u guys had given the items to her for free? So why were they making it seem like collecting back 90 cents was a big deal? It’s not a lot. Yes and my cousin has a very good job. But it’s very annoying considering our terrible experiences in this store. Plus after being cheated by a worker. You don't expect us to come there and not check every detail whilst making payment. They are lucky it's my extremely nice and respectful cousin that this happened to because if it were me; they would have seen my craziness. I'm happy my cousin has finally listened to me and she stood up for herself.I can't speak for my cousin because she stays close by and she's very nice. But for me; I'm never coming back to this location again even if I visit my cousin and I'm in urgent need of items. I would rather go to Aldi (which is way cheaper) or Walmart smh.
