I'm leaving a very LONG review here for me and my cousin who stays very close to this Giant. She will be very mad at me for doing this but I have to say something. It's getting too much.Few months ago; whilst my cousin was ringing two items (worth less than $5) at the self checkout…she decided to run to the back for another item only to come back and find out that the worker randomly rang roast beef (worth $20) that my cousin never picked up smh.This same guy did the same thing to me 2 weeks later…Mine he added $14.99 (for a bag of rice). Because I had a lot of items I paid an extra $14.99 without seeing.….I almost reported him and my cousin stopped me and ended up refunding me the money.Prices at the register are usually higher than price tags on the shelf. We always pay more without saying anything. About 2 weeks ago; my cousin alerted this new worker (not the same as the first one) about the pricing issue while paying at checkout. Instead of this worker going to the back to check for the correct price; he told another person (at the customer service area) creating a big scene. That person on the other hand asked the guy to rather help me since she wasn’t able to figure it out.My cousin ended up going to the back herself to take screenshots to prove that the price was actually wrong whilst the guy was just standing there.She even wanted to just pay the wrong amount and leave but the guy said he would help fix it. When he found out that she saved only 90 cents he didn’t even clear the computer screen to where buyers do transactions. He walked away very fast to the grocery area like my cousin was being a bother. Really?? She had to figure the system out herself to continue with the payment.Let’s be real here; if someone is always paying more than the actual price tag. Do u expect them not to say anything? If she was missing even 1 cent at checkout; would u guys had given the items to her for free? So why were they making it seem like collecting back 90 cents was a big deal? It’s not a lot. Yes and my cousin has a very good job. But it’s very annoying considering our terrible experiences in this store. Plus after being cheated by a worker. You don't expect us to come there and not check every detail whilst making payment.They are lucky it's my extremely nice and respectful cousin that this happened to because if it were me; they would have seen my craziness. I'm happy my cousin has finally listened to me and she stood up for herself.I can't speak for my cousin because she stays close by and she's very nice. But for me; I'm never coming back to this location again even if I visit my cousin and I'm in urgent need of items. I would rather go to Aldi (which is way cheaper) or Walmart smh.

This store made me feel a little uneasy soon as I tried to enter the store. It's one way one and one way out..... all other front entrance was BLOCKED! Then soon as I entered there was a security guard standing in the front. Not sure I'll visit this Giant again...If that's what they think would make people feel safe and welcomed they might need to sit around the table again and rethink this approach. But they did have the few items I needed to pick up.

This is now the second time I purchase meat from here that ends up being bad meat. A few months ago I purchased 2 cases of boneless chicken thighs and one of them had a VERY bad odor I’ve never smelled on chicken before. I threw it away and took the hit. Just today I purchased 80/20 ground beef and this also had a foul odor and discoloration right under where the sticker was. I’m not the type of person to then go back to the store with rotten meat in an opened container in my hand to return it and get my money back. Something like this should not happen PERIOD, especially with todays costs..

A little on the expensive side but can't complain due to convenience and location. The store is well kept and clean. Staff is usually helpful. The Produce section is well kept as well.

Convenient and fair prices, along with good product selection, make this Giant my go to. Even when an item is not available, they will try and find where it can be purchased. The employees genuinely want to make your shopping experience a good one.
This is one of the smaller-format Giant stores in the area. They seem to have closed one of the entrances due to theft.

I was target because I was African American and I was follow around the entire store because I had my emotional support dog with me where I take everywhere I go. I address him as much change child. Now if theses two managers at the store are going to pay his veterinarian bill for anxiety for taking there authority to speak to me as if I wasn't a loyal customer. I am going to seek counseling became people like this shouldn't be in the people bussinss of people. I will not shop at this Giant again. Management speak and tone was very unprofessional
