Service was immaculate. Food was just as good. My bartender sky was on point and very friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu and the beers they had on tap which I enjoyed. The manager Lauren runs a tight ship. It was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the restaurant's food and drinks that they served.

Glory days what’s so glory about glory days. Well the food will have you screaming hallelujah while you puke in the toilet. I’ve never seen such bland, poorly made food. And the beer…well it’s the same everywhere so I don’t think that matters.

Review for Glory Days

My recent experience at Glory Days was beyond disappointing. Despite the restaurant being nowhere near full, we waited over an hour for a table. During that time, we watched as multiple groups of potential customers were either turned away or left after seeing how long the wait was. It was frustrating to see empty tables sitting unoccupied while people were being told they couldn’t be seated. This kind of poor management not only hurts the restaurant’s reputation but also has a direct impact on profits—turning away customers means losing revenue, and unhappy patrons are unlikely to return.

When we were finally seated, things only got worse. We specifically asked to sit outside, but they sat us inside—even though there were many, many, many open tables outside. It felt like they didn’t care about accommodating basic requests, which added to the growing frustration.

To make matters worse, they forgot to bring out my wings initially, and when they did arrive, they were undercooked. I didn’t realize it at the time, but I ended up getting sick later that night. To top it all off, they messed up our check at the end of the meal, adding yet another layer of frustration to an already terrible experience.

The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. It was clear that they hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, which is unacceptable in any dining establishment. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and when even the restrooms are neglected, it leaves a lasting negative impression.

What’s even more disappointing is that my coworkers and I had planned to come here for a farewell event soon, but after this experience, that’s definitely not happening. We’re taking our business elsewhere.

If Glory Days wants to stay in business and keep a loyal customer base, they need to address these issues immediately. Poor service, food safety concerns, and lack of cleanliness will drive away future customers and ultimately hurt the business. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

We visited this restaurant last night (3-28-25) for the second time.
The hostess was nice and seated us. After that, it went downhill.
It took 10 minutes before a waiter came by for a drink order. He promptly returned with the drinks and took our food order.
We didn't see him FOR AN HOUR after. To be honest, we didn't really see any other waitstaff during this time either. Just the bartender, and he seemed stressed.
We finally got the food and ate, and the waiter never returned. We waited 45 minutes and never saw the guy. I had to go back to the hostess to ask for a check so we could leave.
To be honest, we were on the verge of just walking out without paying.
Don't bother unless you have multiple hours to spend and don't require drink refills or anything like that.

If you enjoy being ignored by rude servers, this is the place for you! When we arrived, a man wiped down a table for us, which we appreciated. We were pleased to see plenty of open seating since it wasn’t crowded. However, two servers repeatedly walked past us, made eye contact, and never acknowledged us. Instead of attending to customers, they chose to chat with each other.

To make matters worse, there was an unpleasant odor, and the hallway leading to the restrooms had an extremely sticky floor. After 10 minutes of being completely ignored, we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Not at all busy on a Saturday night, but staff was not at all focused on customers and were complaining to one another in front of customers.
Ordered a grilled Reuben sandwich with pub chips. The sandwich that was served to me was on fresh bread with cold fries. Sent it back and after 20 minutes they delivered a pathetic re-warmed sandwich with burnt fries that I couldn’t even eat. I never post reviews but this was bad enough I felt that I should.
This is my local Glory Days, but I won’t be coming back.

I believe what made this worse was reading all the positive reviews and then having bad service. It seems keno, friends, and the end of the shift was the focus. Only stopped by because I was in the area. Glad this isn’t my local bar.

I’ll tell you what, I’m not big on trying anything new, but one of my buddies told me about this place right beside the guitar center, an old man, this restaurant should be protected at all cost, lol. Everything on the menu is cooked to perfection. I had the fried fish (cod I believe) with the fried onion fries, and a nachos and cheese appetizer. All I can say, is crisp, light, and cooked to perfection with flavor in every bite of anything that I ate. This is now my new favorite place to eat, and I will tell everybody about it, that I can. The price to food to quality ratio was outstanding. I was not disappointed at all. I will recommend this restaurant to anybody. Oh yeah, I forgot, the owner came out and asked if it was our first time being there, and he gave us a nice sampler platter with pretzel bread, mac & cheese bites (by the way, off the chain), sweet-heat boneless chicken wings, and smoked buffalo wings. Now saying that, I am not a buffalo wing person. I do not like any type of vinegar based hot wings or anything, but I’ve been in the lease buffalo wings, and they are a game changer. I don’t care if you like buffalo wings or not these are going to be the best buffalo wings that you’ve ever had.

Food is good, but service is absolutely awful.
Doesn’t matter if the restaurant is empty, do not come here if you value your time. It takes a minimum of 90 minutes. This is now the fourth time we have given this place a chance and been disappointed. Takes 15-20 mins just to get drinks. Host was extremely unfriendly, did not smile or even say hello. You will not get refills, you won’t be able to ask for any condiments, if you need anything good luck finding a server. Shame this place has so much potential but I will not be wasting my afternoons anymore.
