I recently dined on Tuesday, April 16 with my family. The food was good, and my server was amazing, we had Ariana as our server. She made our time a blast! The only problem we had was a manager, I believe his name was Doug, he was being very disrespectful to his employees. He was raising his voice at everyone, including my server, and making me and my family feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I didn’t appreciate his actions, especially at my server since she was doing an amazing job.

We arrived at 7:19 pm but weren't served until 7:32 pm. After finally flagging down a waiter, we ordered two rounds of unlimited boneless wings, three drinks, and fries. Despite arriving before four other parties, they all received their orders before us. We waited an additional hour for our food, and one beer took 30 minutes to arrive. Even after waiting, we didn't receive our full order, and we were left without service for another 10 minutes.

Sixteen people in my group came by with less than 30 minutes notice, and the table was all ready when we arrived. Ariana managed our table and our orders flawlessly, and with such a very kind and pleasant demeanor. Our food was excellent all the way around the table, outstanding service by Ariana, and we were back on the road in about 90 minutes.

Food is always good. Service is usually a hit or miss. Most of the time it’s pretty good. Decent prices for drinks. Nice place for a good meal.

Online order was missing items: salad dressing for two different salads and the side of an entree.

Terrible service! I honestly felt like I was on Gordon Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmare show. When we first got into the restaurant, there was no hostess, so we sat ourselves down. The table was dirty, and it took a while to get the waitress over to clean it. The manager had to get our drink ordered because the waitress took forever to come back to the table. There weren’t many tables that she was waiting for, so it was surprising everything took so long. We got a few drinks, but it took at least 15 to 20 minutes every time. We finally ordered food, and the food came to the table individually, and a different waitress brought it out. The wings were even the wrong flavor. All while we waited, the manager was yelling at these young waitresses in the kitchen. The waitress was in the kitchen for 15 minutes at a time. I'm assuming she was on her phone. The Service staff was too young, and you could tell from their interaction. The setup of the restaurant is nice, but the service needs training. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Good luck.

Very surprised, never been there and my first time, no one greeted us and there was hardly anyone but it was 11pm and they close at 12midnight. Every time we ask for something they did not have the item. We just wanted quick snack or potato and no available, then tea and waitress tell us they might not have any...very surprised. They were still open at 11pm but no many items available. ?

Good food but service here is painfully slow. The last 2 times I’ve been it took 45-50min to get a plate of cheese fries.

Recently ordered food from here which was horribly put together, received it cold, seems like not the highest quality of ingredients, and to top it off, half of the food was covered in coca-cola which they decided to put in soup cup bowls with half the top on. Careless and will not be spending money here again.

Don’t order the grilled wings. They were inedible and I had to throw them out. They were charred so badly that all you could taste was char. It was sad to throw away an expensive meal.

I’ve visited a few times and I’ve always enjoyed the food. The service is good: sometimes slow-paced, but the servers are always well-mannered. There’s indoor and outdoor seating as well as a bar area.

The food is great, service is decent. The only thing is that they give you small portions which I don’t like.

I usually love the food from glorydays, can’t go wrong with the wings. However, today was my first time at this location. And I will say is not the best. Unfortunately my server (Jesse) was not at her best. Idk maybe she had an off day but the restaurant wasn’t busy, and she forgot so many of my food. Drinks took forever, then she forgot about my side of fries, broccoli, she forgot about my desert, she forgot about the box I had asked her for. Overall, the service wasn’t great. I requested a plate; I was brought a dirty one, my celery wasn’t fresh, it was all wilted. Smh. I won’t be coming back to this locations:

Quick saturday bite turned into over 1hr even after the lunch rush. Short staffed both front and back of the house. My waiter did his best. My hero burger was spot on (I'll order again) but fries were cold and all left on the plate. Don't blame my server, definitely way behind in kitchen, and he was so busy with other tables I could never get ahold of him to replace my fries - oh well I didn't need the extra calories.
