Service was really bad. They act super cheap with napkins and sauces, and even getting the basics felt like a struggle. I honestly wasn’t happy with anything during my visit. Wouldn’t go back.
The person working the front looked miserable and acted annoyed at every customer. If they don’t want to deal with people, they shouldn’t be at the front. It completely ruined the experience.they charge you and when you ask them for napkins they act like it’s a big deal , like why can’t you put napkins on the tables and don’t be cheap about it even spoons forks they have them DONT EVER Go BACK

the food is terrible the kabob was rock hard solid and the rice wasnt cooked properly dont get me started on the naan it was hard. when i ate the food i was rethinking my whole life decisions i dont recommend this place at all i wish i could give it 0

I’ve eaten here many times, but today I came in and the lady standing at the front desk, the girl there, had a really bad attitude. I ended up leaving without eating. First of all, she was on her phone and gesturing at customers with her hands, which is very bad. Your food is great, but your service is terrible. I will never come back here.

I ordered one shawarma with fries, but the food was served cold and had no sauce inside. When I mentioned this to the Manager she was dismissive and extremely rude. This is not how customers should be treated. I would have given this place zero stars if that were an option.

I ordered three chicken shorma (take out). It was not fully cooked and smelled like raw chicken, caused illness and they also didn’t put any napkins

Owner of this restaurant is very rude and disrespectful i told him chicken shwarma was not good last time and request him for fresh salad most of the time salad is not fresh at all but the owner gets mad starts yelling and start calling lair to me multiple times. I was trying to stay calm on phone but he was so angry and just getting mad horrible service. Even sometimes we saw him yelling on other customers too . I am not going there again anymore.very bad experience . They don’t use gloves.

The owner of this restaurant is very rude and has zero respect for his customers because when the Shawarma is cold ,not fresh and some times even smelly so when we try to complaint to the owner, the owner gets so rude, mad and louder and even denies to take our order and calls us lier.I will never suggest to anyone to go his restaurant because service seriously matters and the owner of this restaurant is very disrespectful to his customers.
