Hangry Joe's Hot Chicken & Wings

I ordered the mega sando with fries and the fries were cold and there was no sauce on the burger.

I asked for extra sauce and was given cheap sauce labeled "Breakfast Syrup" that was clearly bought from Restaurant Depot (the sauce was from the Chef's Quality, a brand commonly sold at Restaurant Depot). I do not blame the staff. Overall, poor experience and I hope Hangry Joe's know what this location is doing.

I ordered French fries and loaded fries for my children and I had to wait for 30 minutes they took so long for an small order there was no one ahead of me I’m going to an different hangry joes this location is the most slowest

Didn’t realize this was a chain restaurant. Serving chicken in various forms with a hint of Korean flair. We normally order chicken salad, chicken fingers, loaded fries, waffle fries, and chicken tenders. As we can’t handle the heat, we set it for the lowest setting possible. Easy to order with the automated kiosk. A little perturbed that the server didn’t realize they don’t have ingredients for a taro milk drink until the food order had already been delivered. Still our go to for hot fried chicken in the area.

Customer service is absolutely bad. I waited 15 mins for a shake and ended up getting a refund because the cashier was in the back the whole time, and once she showed up at register, requested money back didn't wanted to wait more.

the loaded fries is ok but the mac and cheese i got had no cheese just sprinkled cheese on top and the rest was just warm noodles.

Terrible experience with food quality in comparison to what I usually eat from landsdowne Hangry joe location.... Please visit that store and try to compete with them in terms of food quality

I've been a huge fan of Hangry Joe's but the last order they gave me an incorrect order, when I called they refused to fix it. They gave incorrect pieces of chicken while ordering uber eats and said they would not swap or refund it which was a huge disappointment after ordering for months...huge let down...the last order we received looked like the smallest piece of burnt chicken you could imagine and the phone call...I was hung up on twice and had to continually call back to get a half baked answer...I'd think twice before ordering because you'll never know what you get and the customer service is beyond terrible.

Called to make an order to pick up. The girl had poor English communication. Halfway through the order she just hangs up on me after I asked her to repeat something. Unacceptable lost my appetite

Lol I came to order a chicken sandwich and behold Pornhub was loaded onto the kiosk instead of the restraunt menu. Made me laugh but come on ya'll. Like really.

The food is very good however since they've opened the portions have gotten noticeably smaller and the prices have gone up. Understand this is a business but do one, not both.

I arrived at around 6 PM and there was no one inside. I attempted to use the kiosk in the front of the store. Not seeing the item I wanted on the menu, I pressed the help button. Waited a few minutes - no service. I pressed again, same thing happened. I said "hello" out loud several times - still nothing. There were 3 people still outside, nonchalantly sitting outside. It wasn't until I said "HELLO" even louder that the three ppl sitting outside lookw. Low and beyond, the three random ppl sitting outside were some how affiliated with this location. I took my business elsewhere and will NOT patronize this location ever again.

Guy wasn't helpful and it took forever. Then when I got home it wasn't even right and the chicken was under cooked. It was pink inside. Awful for how expensive it was.

You advertise, sell, and even print on receipts that you are providing maple syrup but this is a fraudulent and illegal claim. Corn syrup labeled as breakfast syrup is not maple syrup and to sell it as such is an illegally false claim.

The hot was also not even remotely spicy but that pales in comparison to the fraudulent and illegal practices that you undertake. Your business must stop claiming to sell maple syrup if you do not sell maple syrup. Failing to do so will be a continuation of your illegal and fraudulent behavior.

A full refund of my order would be a start to reparations that are owed to the customers you have willingly, intentionally, illegally, and fraudulently mislead. However, you should be forced, by law, to refund every one of the customers that you have disgracefully lied to
