Nice fresh, hot, juicy chicken just the way I like it ?? First time here and tried the Angry hot chicken wings and they are no joke but seriously so delicious! Love that this location is open late as well. Will most certainly be back for more!

The first time I visited, I was the only one in the restaurant. It took 10 minutes for them to make my sandwich. Not bad. The chicken was VERY good! It was basically a big breast of chicked breaded and seasoned very well. The 2nd time I went was around 7PM on a Saturday. We went in and ordered from the touch screens by the counter. There were people sitting at 3 tables. None of them had food. There were also 3 individuals that had either ordered at the counter or ordered online. Two of the individuals were complaining that they had been waiting at least 30 minutes. The person working the counter apologized for the long wait and said his staff was new. I took my receipt I got from the kiosk and immediately asked for a refund because I did not want to wait that long for our food.

I've ordered from here twice now and I've been so dissappined both times. It's such a shame. The food is fine and wonderful but both times the experience was just so awful I would never go back. And it's so dissappinting bc the food is good... this location is just the worst and doesn't deserve my business.The first time I got a chicken sandwich. I asked for extra pickles.The Sandwhich typically comes with 2-4 Pickles on it.He charged me for extra pickles, which is totally fine.He gave one one pickles in a cup on the side and one single pickle on the sandwich. After charging me extra I got significantly less pickles then there would even normally be on the sandwich.The next time was just last night. I ordered 3 sandwiches for myself and 2 friends at 830pm. 915 my sister goes to pick it up. The guy days it'll be ready soon, there is a large bag of takeout food off to side at 915 when she walks in, which means it was prepared at least before that point. 20 minutes go by and this man has done nothing.She asks again if he could check on the food bc its been an hour now and he looks over at the bag to the side and just kinda drops it in front of her(this bag of food has been sitting there for MINIMUM 20 minutes at this point) and says - here.No apology. No ownership. Nothing."Here"The bag he didn't even bother to check last time or at any point in the past 20 minutes.We will never be back.

Quality sAnd service suddenly went down in last 2 months ?
Took about 6 hours to get two chicken sandwiches… finally get our combos, fries were soggy and sandwich looked like it was thrown into the box.Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hangry joes.

Ordered food, while waiting for my food, the guy working behing the cash register just kept shouting cuss words an yelling on on facetime with a friend while talking to his coworker. Usually I wouldn't care about this but, why do all that infront of guest. Unfortunate experience while waiting for my food. Wont be back to this one.
