This place has gone down the drain over the years. It should’ve been designed for a take out place but in an off setting. Owner isn’t the friendliest. Very expensive for a Chinese take out but quality is similar to a cheap Chinese takeout.

I have not been impressed since moving to the DMV for Chinese food. We ordered way too much as the portions were a good size. Easy to order on line and everything tasted really really good. I can’t wait to order again! I’ve found my go to.

Food is really blend, zero to no favor even if it’s spicy. I Felt cheated, I ordered lunch and they didn’t include the egg roll or fried rice, just plain old steamed rice. For the prices you’re better off eating else where.

The food has no flavor! The fried rice isn't fried rice at all, it's just steamed rice in soy sauce. No onions, garlic, sprouts, veggies, seasoning, nothing! I visited this place again after about four and the food is still pretty bad! It's shocking how they are still in business.

The food was average need more seasoning. The vegetable curry rice . They forgot utensils.
They don't use gloves. The same lady operating the cash register uses her bare hands to make the food. Customer service here is HORRIBLE. Not friendly at all. I used to eat here all the time but this was it for me.

Came in on a Saturday evening right before closing. The sign reads Hunan Cafe so I thought “Chinese food” right? Well I ordered shrimp and broccoli. It was kind of pricey so I was hoping it was good. Well I was disappointed. The rice and broccoli was too hard and even though it was a lot of shrimp, the shrimp tasted like chicken. Yeah I won’t be going back there again. There was absolutely no seasoning to the food. Like tasteless. Just horrible!

The only reason they get 2 stars is because they were quick. The egg rolls were cold, tasteless, and greasy. The green beans were frozen and tossed in a sauce that they made on site - also greasy - and the beans were mushy. If they were actually sauteed/stir fried they would have been wrinkled - they were not. The "fried rice" is just old rice tossed with soy sauce so it doesn't seem dry. There wasn't a single vegetable or scrap of egg in the "fried rice".This is literally some of the worst food I have ever eaten. Avoid this place like the plague.

I am not too picky as I genuinely enjoy most dishes in Panda Express but what we ordered here were meat and vegetables fried in some weird sticky sauces... Well on the bright side the portion was good, enough rice was supplied, and the person works there was friendly.
