This location is well managed, food is good with quick and friendly service and clean. Super impressive, but building deserves a remodel. It's currently decorated for the holidays, attached pic is from the ladies' room which was super clean.

As a picky eater, this was phenomenal. Had the salmon, mashed potatoes, green beans, and it was sooo good! Not greasy at all. My fiancee’s pancake combo was so good!! Claudia was an amazing server.

12/3/2025 11:20pm what you advertise is not correct … supposed to be 24 hours to dine in or take out. There was a sign at the door only to go no fine in. When I asked why the male employee that was there stated that they were not taking dine in . I then asked again why. He stated no employees. On top of that there was a Caucasian man behind me me . He skipped me and the employee started taking his order and didn’t tell the customer that he was in the process of taking my order. What’s going on ? Is IHOP part of the White House now that only certain people feel entitled to certain special treatment ? It was wayyyyy too obvious. Escalating to Corporate
