Took the whole family for my father in-laws birthday. The food was fresh selection was great the people were friendly and they even gave my papa a birthday cheese cake with a candle ? and over the speakers they played the happy birthday song and every customer joined in to sing along. What a great experience. Thank all of you for that. Loved it 100%

We were on a day road trip that ran really late so we stopped at this IHOP on Duke St in Alexandria Virginia and it was just amazing, best ihop food ever, best service ever, and the host on the late shift was just great!! Anytime we drive that way again, we will be stopping in that IHOP.

Maybe, if you're only open 7am to 10pm, you shouldn't have big lit up signs proclaiming you're open 24 hours. Maybe pay to take those down and have some kindness for your customer experience.

The server was very kind and good. But how hard is it to serve a fresh pancake and freshly scrambled eggs? The food was cold and it looked like my pancakes were made yesterday. Yes I could have returned it, but didn't have the time. Next time I'm back to the Arlington blvd location.

Ordered take out, spent almost $30 and get food home, and meat is burnt, these restaurants, are at an alllllllllll time
This IHOP location is just okay. I wish there was a 3.5 rating, it was not quite a 4 but not a straight 3 for me. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, which was nice. Our server was very nice. Our food took over 30 minutes for 1 adult and 2 kids which I thought was a bit long given that they were not very busy. My veggie egg white omelette was ok. Kids enjoyed pancakes. They ate them all. Shrimp were rubbery and lacked taste.

12/8/23We had a great time here. The food was awesome and the facilities were very decent. I wish all hotels had an Ihop on their first floor. And best of all, our server Helen was excellent. She was very attentive and made sure we were taken cared off. Even though the restaurant was a little empty, the rest of the staff kept themselves busy by cleaning. Will come back if we are in the area for sure!
