Very good service, my to-go order was piping hot and they accomodated my preference for no meat in the platter selected easily (sometimes restaurants struggle with that IMO).

I came in today with my 4-year-old and my grandfather, and the service was extremely disappointing. We were seated and then left completely unattended for over 15 minutes — no greeting, no drinks, nothing. The server who sat us in the booth eventually came over said, “No one came to take your order yet?” which made it clear we’d been forgotten.
Meanwhile, a table of seven that was seated after us had a server greet them within minutes, took their order right away, and even received their food before we got anything. At that point my grandfather wanted to leave, and with a small child waiting that long, it was just too much.
I placed $10 on the table and we walked out. This was unorganized, unfair service and honestly felt disrespectful. I hope management addresses this because families shouldn’t be treated like afterthoughts.

A bit hard to see and get to from the main road but worth it as the location is almost park-like and quiet. The coffee was good, the specials are good value and plenty of parking. A large lobby/waiting area is nice to wait up and meet friends and shelter from heat and cold.

We’ve been coming here for the past two years. The restaurant is always clean and the food is good—especially the blueberry pancakes, which are our favorite! However, customer service could definitely be improved to make the overall experience better.
