Today, I decided to treat myself to IHOP. I arrived and there wasn't any available parking in the lot so I had to park on the street. That indicated that it was going to be crowded. I didn't have to wait to be seated, but my food took 35 mins to come. My server kept me updated on the progress. I ordered a coffee, and I was temporarily content. I have to bring my own creamer to IHOP establishments because they only do half and half. My craving for their pancakes were taking care of. ?

Poor quality food and drinks. I ordered sweet tea lemonade and received tap water with plain black tea, completely unsweetened. I didnt taste any lemonade nor anything sweet just horrible tap water. This was unacceptable and I did receive a refund. When ordering to-go, they only include one single syrup packet for an order of three full size pancakes. They didn't give me a straw for the terrible beverage. The grits tasted terrible, perhaps using the same tap water used for the tea/lemonade. The quality here is not acceptable and management needs to do quality review and replace or retrain these employees so that they know how to prepare rhe menu items correctly. I paid $5 for that tea and lemonade and it wasn't sweet at all and didn't include any lemonade in it, it was tap water and plain black tea, completely unsweetened in any way.

Food was very good....service was outstanding. Our server named Free was very kind and took care of us!
The place was definitely short staffed, the food was acceptable, but nothing I can’t make at home. The server tried hard, and was very personable, but there is only so much you can do when the restaurant isn’t fielding a full team.

Decent family restaurant for a meal any time of the day! The only downside is everyone knows this!Google asked for an update. No change in the food, fairly standard. This location did some interior renovation not too long ago.Wheelchair accessibility: This locatiohas plenty of parking for wheelchair access, and is very accommodating inside as well.Exterior and bathroom doors are not set up for wheelchair use. They are wide enough, but are only manually opened.
