Fantastic Staff! Great Meals! Easy Parking! My wife and I had dinner at Chili's. We had the burger, quesadillas, and drinks. Everything was delicious. What gives it five stars are the friendly staff. Highly recommended.

My bf and I enjoyed our meal... cheese /potato soup, grilled chicken salad and steak with grilled avocado. Service was excellent. We actually joined Chili's rewards to get free chips and salsa next time! Lol

We regularly go to Chili's and have had great service from Bria and Ari, 2 beautiful young women. But last week a Trainer named Darsaux brought Jaylen to our table. Things went OK. We told them we needed our salads FIRST due to dietary issues. We reiterated that. However, the entrees were served BEFORE the salad. So I flagged down the very polite new server, Jalen, and told him the problem. The Trainer cane over and GOT IN MY HUSBAND'S FACE denying what my husband order snd everything else!! He was OUT OF CONTROL. So, I asked for the Manager, Warren, a very nice, apologetic gentleman. He put new orders in and everything was resolved EXCEPT THAT TRAINER NEEDS TO BE FIRED FIR THREATENING customers!! I told Warren I was in fear with the way he talked to my husband with his bulging eyes. Daniella, the food runner, was not friendly, not conversational, not happy she had to take the entrees back. When she brought the second attempt to get our order correct, she had an attitude that we easily felt. We have loved Chili's for years. We have NEVER been treated SO HORRIFICALLY by anyone until this Trainer, Darsaux (sp?). So, DINERS BEWARE!!

The food continues to be fresh and well prepared but the attention to service/packing needs an upgrade. I ordered a black bean vegetable fajita and a kids meal. The order was prepared on time and ready for pick up when I arrived at the restaurant. The "reserved" parking spots are also very convenient for rapid pick-up. When I drove back home and opened the bag, i discovered that they forgot to put the actual tortillas or the accompaniments (called "Boat") to make the fajita. I had only he black bean and roasted vegetables. Called the restaurant to complain but did not drive all the way back to pick up the missing items.
