Absolutely the worst matcha I've ever had in my life. Paid for extra sweetness and it tasted like it was unsweetened. Not well blended at all. It was gritty and had clumps of tea mixed in throughout . I was sipping dry clumps of matcha while drinking. The croissant sandwich was burnt and sloppily out together. The eggs were undercooked. For $20 for a matcha latte and breakfast sandwich, I'd expected a lot more. Very disappointed
Got a BLT today and the lettuce is rotten. absolutely gross!! For the amount customers pay for these sandwiches EVERYTHING should be fresh!! The mocha was good.
I’ve had a consistently disappointing experience with the two employees who work on Tuesday and Thursday mornings one of them I believe is named Nhi D. From the moment you walk in the atmosphere feels unwelcoming almost as if customers are an inconvenience. Their attitude comes across as cold and indifferent and there’s a noticeable lack of basic customer service no greetings, no smiles, and certainly no effort to make anyone feel comfortable.
The food and drinks they prepare are poorly made and it feels like they put in minimal effort. It’s clear that they don’t enjoy what they’re doing and unfortunately they don’t try to hide it either. When you’re in the business of customer service attitude and presentation matter. A simple smile or friendly gesture can make a big difference and that’s consistently missing here.
If the owners are serious about maintaining a loyal customer base and staying in business, I highly recommend they take a closer look at the service being provided. A welcoming environment starts with the people representing your brand and right now that’s where the biggest problem lies.
I love the other Java Loco locations. This one is really dirty and dark inside. It's not very appealing to the eyes. It's a basic coffee shop, go in and get out. It's also not in the best location in town.
This is one of the best coffee shops in the area with a variety of drinks . Try their signature Seasalt Vietnamese coffee and the Lox bagel, and you will addict it.

Not only is their esthetic so calming and perfect for a slow morning coffee and read of a book, but the coffee is so good! I’ve only just had either black hot and iced coffee, and both are so good. Beans aren’t burnt and the overall coffee flavor is the right amount of bitter and sweet. A cappuccino is next on my list, but you know a coffee place is doing it right if just their black coffee is great!
Bacon egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel is a classic! Just YUMM! Every worker I’ve encountered have been so kind! Even on their busy days, you don’t feel like they’re rushing you.

Great nook and hidden gem of the area. Great boba tea with a great variety. Prices are comparable to those of other shops within the area but possibly a little higher considering what you get ($1.30 for a mini muffin). The establishment is small with booth seating on one wall, tables on another, and diner-style bar booth seating in front of the window. There is also outdoor seating but I'm not sure if it belongs to this shop. The decor is cozy but busy. I've been coming here for years for the boba tea and will continue to come so long they serve it.

Typical boba place at the strip mall. The drink was on the sweeter side, was not asked sugar level or how much ice so may need to proactively make the request. The honey boba was not as fresh and tasted like it was made a while ago as it tasted chalky. As a boba tea joint, you have to get the boba right. The other toppings (crystal boba and rainbow jelly) were fine as they are typical additions that are not made in house.

Dropped in for tea and a breakfast sandwich. Quite disappointed in my croissant breakfast sandwich which was extremely greasy it soaked through the wax paper and paper bag. Rainbow Tea was good, atmosphere was cozy and quiet with numerous customers working on their laptops. Some of the chairs need to be updated as there are visible rips, and front door needs to be cleaned regularly.
